Prestige Recruitment recruitment consultant Philip went above and beyond my expectations when he contacted me regarding a role he thought would be a good fit for me. My experience with this agency has been nothing sort of excellent, Philip was extremely friendly and professional and highly involved throughout the whole process with feedback from the employer being communicated to me immediately.

A big thank you to Phil Gordon from Prestige, he has supported me massively in securing a new role. Phil spent time understanding me as an individual and then went out to find a position during an uncertain time for myself. I had originally applied for another role but after talking to him he was able to look at other organisations and find one that best suited. I have recently started looking for a change of scenery / a new challenge, and have indicated so on my LinkedIn profile. Colette must have noticed that as she got in touch with me to discuss a vacancy she was recruiting for. It turned out the role was a fantastic match based on my skills and experience, as well as being precisely the type of new position I was looking for. Colette took care of everything - from my CV submission to the client company (i.e. my soon to be new employer), to asking them for feedback after each of my interviews, to promptly updating me on the interviewers' thoughts about myself following my video call and face-to-face interview with them.

The whole process literally took just a week - on a Friday, Colette managed to arrange a video interview for me for Wednesday the following week, it went fantastic, so it was followed by a face-to-face interview on Friday at the company's head office, which also went great, and I was offered the role later that day. A big 'thank you' to Colette and Prestige for their friendly and helpful approach throughout the entire recruitment process and for helping me to secure my ideal next role.

Excellent Service I was contacted by Phillip Gordon who had seen my CV and cross referenced my skills and experience to find me the perfect job for me! He was with me every step of the way after he contacted me with some jobs he contacted the company and got me an interview and giving excellent interview advice I was able to smash the interview and I start my new job on Tuesday! I was helped by Phil Gordon and everything was so well handled. I originally contacted about an advertised vacancy, but following a brief discussion we realised it was perhaps not for me. Phil had a great relationship with the employer and managed to negotiate to get me into an interview for another potential role and from there, things progressed. Just getting that first introduction is vital and Phil managed it for me. Three weeks into the new role I can already see that this was the right decision.

I contacted Philip in October 2021 looking for mortgage administrator roles and unfortunately at that time there were none, I searched every job site and visited every estate agency and couldn't get a job. Philip then got in touch with me in January and told me about jobs that have recently come onto the job market within mortgage admin and was able to secure me multiple interviews and I can't thank him enough for securing me an interview for the job that I am now currently in.

Prestige recruitment has provided a five star performance in helping me secure my desired role. Philip, who specialises in the insurance and financial services division, is a real people person and genuinely cares about helping candidates secure their desired job role. Initially, Philip called me after I made an online application, and spent around thirty minutes discussing exactly what I was looking for.

At the end of the call I felt that Philip genuinely understood my requirements and aspirations both in the near and extended future. Philip was extremely proactive and quickly provided a couple of opportunities to consider. Philip later confirmed that the potential employers were impressed with my CV and subsequent interviews were arranged. Philip was extremely proactive in communicating feedback and any other necessary information.

Even after I had accepted the job offer, Philip kept in contact once or twice a week, just to ensure everything was still on the right tracks and offer any advice if necessary. After my successful application, I approached Philip in regards to helping my partner with her future applications within the Legal services sector. Even though this sector isn't Philip's forte he still provided sufficient time to discuss her requirements and immediately started thinking who in Prestige would be best to help.

The same level of service has continued without a doubt. Overall a faultless performance, I would highly recommend Prestige Recruitment. I will be referring all my associates and friends to Prestige. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience with Prestige Recruitment Group. I am a recent graduate and I had been looking for a job for a few months and not having any luck with my applications. Angela reached out to me after seeing my CV on indeed and told me about a company that was looking for geography graduates. She set me up with an interview and I was fortunate to get a full time position with the company. I am now in my third week in the job, living in London, and learning a lot. I joined Prestige in 2018 where they placed me in a temporary role at the ICO. I became permanent at the ICO as a Case Officer in May 2019. I come from a Sales background but the team at Prestige encouraged me to pursue a career change which I don't regret. I applied for a role from one of the major jobs boards and expected Prestige's involvement to be limited to a go-between. When I was first contacted, Philip Gordon had other similar jobs to suggest and put me forward for. I was kept updated at all stages of the process. Before the interview, Phil went through prep with me, which was really useful and nothing was too much trouble.
