Awful experience. Richard Manion failed in the basic function of being a recruiter. I spent days preparing for an interview only to be informed I didn't match their requirements. How can you fail to pick up on the basic requirements? The feedback was floury and Richard didn't have the decency to follow up on my thoughts. Wasted every persons involvement and time. Avoid.

Terrible experience. To explain a simple currency issue I have to drop like 10 emails! They re-did the contract like 5 times and after a while there were still errors on it. It seems non-experience people is managing international contracts! They send an expired insurance policy, and didn't even notice!
