I applied to a few positions with Pareto across several months. First, I got an email, replied to it and did not get any further response. Then, I applied to like 3 positions, one of which was vaguely described so I applied to get to know more; I got an email back from this application and it was a sales role. I said I am not interested, asked if there would be . got an information they don't have anything like that as it's not their specialisation. Then, I got a response from the other job that I was actually interested in, I replied, did not get any response. Called them, no response. I did get few more calls from Pareto though, asking me 2-3 times more if I wanted the sales role as if I haven't said "no" already.

EDIT: I take this all back they are absolutely pants if you want the honest truth. I'll leave the review up there cus I'm happy with my literary skills but seek elsewhere is my advice As a graduate, embarking on the journey of a job search is very daunting. Where to start, method of approach and guidance are missing which results in a bombardment of anxiety and struggle - this is where Pareto come in.

After successful completion of the assessment day they do the hard work for you putting you in touch with potential employers that they think are a mutual fit. My journey, and the greatest attribute to my successful assessment day, is definitely as a result of my Graduate Manager (recruiter) Nicole who was, from the offset: friendly, supportive, informative, and very very encouraging!

Her nature to help is one that cannot be faked or adopted, operating with such sincerity; her genuine desire for her candidates to emerge victorious is inspiring. Whenever I would have a concern her professional yet affable approach would put me at ease and realign my confidence enabling my perspective to be that of a drive to succeed as oppose to the fear of failure.

With such supportive backing I felt as if I had the wind in my sails so went into the assessment day full of confidence. Having attended assessment days previously with other firms I have failed to come across a recruiter who is so invested in my aspirations taking them on as if they were her own. Going above and beyond her job requirements, Nicole was prevalent to my positive outcome acting in the incarnation of the model Graduate Manager resulting in my Pareto journey being smooth and effortless with the least amount of stress possible (of course it was still stressful!).

On the day of the assessment we got to meet the other candidates and the Pareto staff who were all very welcoming which quickly put us at ease. The culture of company is clear to see with their staff acting with such buoyancy and enthusiasm I would highly recommend.

Pareto sell themselves well. They say they are professional, meticulous, whatever else. What they are is elitist, disorganised, and rude. I have been on both sides of pareto - they placed me and the 'assessment day' process is garbage. Mind games and stupid tests that waste the time of individuals who do not have days to take off. The office we were 'assessed' in looked like a horrible workplace.

Performance metrics everywhere and managers circling their staff like vultures was visibly evident. Nobody looked like they enjoyed being there. Now my company is trying to hire and we cannot get Pareto to send us a CV. The director we are dealing with is rude and standoffish and refuses to put a little effort in trying to fill a position we paid for over two years ago. I suspect they're too busy trying to mind-game some new recruitment manager into giving them cash, since they already have ours.

After applying for a job through job websites I was phoned by Charlie Warren to see if I was suitable for the job. He was very easy to chat to, presented things in a clear and concise manner and extremely engaging. He stayed responsive throughout the whole job application process from the first phone call to the very final interview; aiding me with tips and valuable information throughout.

I truly believe he is a big contributing factor towards me landing the job I was applying for. I am sure his colleagues are equally as helpful. I got to chat to another Pareto employee in Abbie Morter during the assessment day for the job I was applying for. She provided crucial interview tips throughout the session while keeping it casual and stress free.

After the assessment day, my final interview was the day after, and then my offer was within 2 working days. Charlie gave me all of my feedback for the assessment day only 2 hours after it had finished, to get me prepared in time for my final interview the following morning. Overall extremely quick and organised. I have nothing but positive comments to say about Pareto Law and had a wonderful experience with them.

I've waited a while to post this just so I could confirm the job first but I wanted to write an honest review because I feel Pareto Law is a fantastic company that has been really unfairly represented by outdated, negative reviews. The staff are really supportive and push you to be your best - you will only find this approach "aggressive" if you're not sure that you want to go into sales and you're not committed to the process.

My experience with Pareto has been really positive and I will always be grateful to them for helping me find my first proper job in such a short amount of time (around 2 weeks from the first telephone interview). I applied for several roles with Pareto, after which I was recognised by my graduate manager Mr Oli Richardson. He was really friendly and asked to confirm a competency-based telephone interview a couple of days later.

After this interview (which is formal and a manager will be present to assess you) you will find out if you have been chosen to continue and then your graduate manager will provide you with support and prepare you for the group assessment day/pitch. Pareto Law is not very flexible with these dates but this is an opportunity to show your commitment early - they receive 30,000 applicants per month so its down to how badly YOU want to work for them. Oli was so, so helpful, gave me really thorough and detailed feedback almost everyday and was super available whenever I had a minor query to ensure my pitch was perfect, well ahead of time.

From day 1, I could tell that Oli really wanted the best for me and wanted me to succeed, while reassuring me whenever I felt nervous. As a result of having such a good mentor, I almost felt at an advantage over the other candidates on the assessment day. The assessment day itself was also a straightforward and pleasant experience. There were around 30 graduates present at mine and so nerves were at bay within about 15 minutes of people speaking.

With regards to rumours about lack of diversity and weight discrimination, these are absolutely UNTRUE. The candidates at my assessment day were so diverse, as were the assessors from Pareto, as were the group that were successful, including myself. People of all different backgrounds and sizes got in. We were asked a couple of questions about Pareto Law (so obviously do your research) and then split into groups for our group exercise.

The last part involved a really informal chat with 2 of the assessors about how to further enhance our CV (which I do think would've helped with my other application processes had I been unsuccessful and was really useful coming from the recruitment company's POV) and we were taken into a break out room to give our pitches during this session. The session definitely helped keep me calm before and after my pitch.

Then finally, we were told who was successful. I received feedback the Monday following the Friday of my assessment day, which is available for both successful and unsuccessful candidates and is something I really valued about Pareto's process, whereas most will just drop you an "unfortunately" email or even ignore your application. While there is little flexibility before you are successful, afterwards they are very accommodating of your schedule.

I was shown 3 client profiles and decided to go ahead with 2. My new manager was Ms Hannah Quinn and just like Oli she was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely wanted me to succeed from the start. She called me before and after each interview, constantly making sure I was comfortable. I honestly couldn't have asked for better mentors throughout the process, she prepared me really well for my client interviews and reassured me with regards to my prepared answers.

To summarise, really positive experience, thank you all at Pareto Law so much and if you're on the fence about applying, don't be! If you want to land a role in sales I would highly recommend you trust the process at Pareto.

Pareto look after their graduate candidates like no other. I used their services and after successful interviews and a really positive fun assessment day have been offered some great interviews at some very impressive firms. My mentor was Jolyon Callcut who I simply cannot recommend enough, constant one-to-one contact from him guiding me through interviews, paying key attention to exactly what you want from their services and some really helpful guidance and feedback, he put me at ease throughout the process and I cannot recommend him enough.

Pareto Law is a fantastic company with a very professional and attentive approach to helping graduates find a career. I recently attended an assessment day which was thoroughly enjoyable and a real character building experience. If you are ever fortunate to attend a day then do relish it! My four hour train journey that morning was not something to be relished, however...

Prior to the assessment day, I dealt with all correspondence via Jasmin Stott who has been INCREDIBLE! My, oh my... never have I felt so valued by someone at a recruitment firm!? She has a fantastic character, very easy to talk to over the phone and she really knows her stuff. I don't think my Pareto experience would have been half as good if it wasn't for Jasmin.

I can truly say she is a real asset to Pareto. Thanks Jasmin, again, for everything you have done for me and all the help you gave - it is truly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service Pareto provide. After my phone interview, I was invited down to the assessment day the same week. For anyone struggling to 'get themselves off a page' (i.e. not getting calls back from sending CV's and applications) this is the greatest opportunity you could wish for. In a group of 35/40, we had atleast 20/25 employers overseeing our assessment day.

Since being successful on the assessment day, I was peppered with about 7 offers of interviews - most of them having a great starting salary, as well as many of them offering the opportunity to train abroad. Within about 6 days I had been offered a job and am now 3 weeks in and it couldn't be going better. Currently on a training week with Pareto - and this entire service hasn't cost me a penny.

A fantastic assessment day. They are looking for confident candidates, that have something sensible to say; not just candidates that talk confidently but there's no substance. The day was very informative, with some top notch Q&A sessions to prepare you for future interviews and some top tips for progressing in your career.

Following my three days introduction to sales training I want to pass on feedback of my experience. I enjoyed the whole course from day one to three. Although I found day two very intense, and I feel that this could possibly be spread over another day, I enjoyed the challenge. My overall experience, I feel, would not have been as enjoyable with Neeta training us.

She conducted herself in a professional manner whilst also remaining in a nature that fit the age range of everyone on the course. Neeta ensured she moved at a pace that was comfortable for the group as a whole and I look forward to coming back to do training again. What could be a mundane three day course was brought to life in a very imaginative way.

Was massively blown away by how professional and efficient this company is. Originally went for an assessment day about a month ago, in which myself and around 20 other candidates were vying for 4 positions within AppLearn (Manchester based company). Although I didn't get the job (as there were probably louder candidates in the group activities...) I was told at the end that they wanted to keep me on the system and set me up some interviews with companies looking to take on graduates.

Was set up with an interview at ITWB Ltd Manchester by Rosie, and got the job out of 6 candidates.

Very professional, very attentive and some very useful interview techniques/tips were provided both on the phone, via E-mail and throughout the assessment day, and she made sure that I was in correspondence with the company. I literally could not recommend/thank you guys enough. Brilliant service.

I was part of an assessment day yesterday and it was fantastic. Everyone there is kind, personable and helpful. The day itself was actually kind of enjoyable. You go in to a free coffee machine, fill out some forms and then go in to a presentation about Pareto. You then complete a group task (guys, it isn't a shouting match like some people have said. It is TEAMWORK), then you go on to your interviews and a 1 on 1 meeting :)

Thank you to Pareto for yesterday and all of your contact and help today. You have been amazing!
