Joe was an absolute champion. First he got me a job that I sadly lost due to the first lockdown. Through his perseverance he found me another job during the pandemic that I'm about to start. I contacted Juice a little while ago with my CV when I was looking for a job, I was ignored for almost a year before somebody 'accidentally' phoned me to confirm I worked somewhere that I didn't work, turned out they'd phoned the wrong person and when I then said that I was still thinking about getting another job they again promised to give me a call back to see if they could help, yet again I heard nothing.
I would have been happy enough for them to reply saying they had no roles suitable for me, I don't think I'm expecting much for someone to have responded that they were unable to help. It seemed answering the phone or emails were a little over their heads or I wasn't worth their time, we'll never know. As somebody else noted on here, it seems they've become complacent with having 'Bath', now there are other recruitment agencies willing to take calls so maybe they'll start talking to everybody rather than picking and choosing which people to ignore. I would avoid using unless you have a certain set of skills on your CV which they evidently buy into.

I came across Juice by applying for a position they were advertising on Indeed. By far the best recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! My experience with Juice Recruitment was with Joe. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. Having him on board whilst trying to get a job in a well known and established company definitely made it so much easier and made me feel so much more confident going into the interview. Recently started a new role thanks to Joe at Juice, the second role he has got for me and couldn't recommend him more. The first role he got for me didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but he was the first person I went back to when I needed a change - He was great, knew exactly where I was coming from and instantly arranged an interview for me and I was employed for that role 3 days later - Brilliant service!
