Maddie's diligent communication and proactivity lined up a great temping opportunity for me. She worked swiftly under pressure to assist me at short notice, to gain all the necessary clearances, enabling a very quick start date for a promising assignment - which I am thoroughly enjoying. Once started, Dan assisted me, too, with their new Timesheet Portal and with Julie's help payment is smooth and efficient, too! Great teamwork White Horse - thank you. I highly recommend White Horse Employment.

I had an amazing experience with White Horse! I was contacted by the lovely Imogen Hewitt who was so kind and friendly from the start. She found the perfect position for me which in itself was incredible as I looked for a job like this for a long time. Imogen was very clear and her manners and attitude were friendly and professional, she made sure to find out what I was looking for and matched those with the employer and role.
I had experience with recruitment agents in the past and I must say that Imogen made me feel good about myself by pointing out my skills for the job but without being pushy and she also helped me prepare well for the interview which went brilliantly and I was offered the job! I have nothing but praise for White Horse recruitment agency and I will be forever grateful for finding me a job that is the perfect fit for me! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a career change or a first job. They are professional, friendly and happy to help! Just awesome! Thank you Imogen!

Was contacted by someone called "Imogen" on gmail via Indeed / Linkedin, proceeded to email contact back and forth, was asked to free my schedule same day for a telephone call in the evening, so I did and gave them a pretty large 4 - 6 hour window to call, and have been proceeded to be ghosted, never called and never emailed back. A complete and utter unprofessional waste of time.

Having put my CV online, I was approached by Whitehorse Employment Agency and asked if I would consider a temporary assignment for 1 month Initially. At first I didn't feel that it was my forte, however, I decided to give it my best shot. After completing the first month which I thoroughly enjoyed the job continued being extended and my assignment lasted 5 months in total.
I thoroughly enjoyed the job and picked up some great IT skills to add to my cap. Whitehorse secured another assignment immediately this one finished for 4 days, and now I have a new assignment starting for 4-6 weeks with the possibility of permanency at the end. Whitehorse Employment Payroll department is very accommodating with sorting out queries about tax codes and payment details. Providing time sheets are in before the deadline, the salary payments roll out each Friday, 1week after. Whitehorse Employment Agency also offer a workplace pension which I signed up to happily.
There is also holiday pay available but I haven't explored how this works yet. Before committing to an assignment, the details are set out, such as hours of work, days to work, hourly rate, who to report to etc. The office manager is extremely efficient and approachable on the phone and goes all out at finding suitable assignments which match ones skill set. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitehorse Employment Agency to those in need of a job vacancy. I appreciate their input in getting me equipped and back out in the running as a candidate worthy of employment. Thank you to Dan, Julie and the team.

I have been in correspondence with a representative by the name of Maddie J for the past couple of weeks. Not only is she a shining example of great communication between clients, she also deserves a lot of credit from her employers for actually standing out enough that I felt compelled to leave a review of this nature. I am genuinely so chuffed and grateful that she has made this process so seamless for me with her willingness to help and ability to work around my employment desires! (Just for context, I have recently moved home for a period and just needed a role that utilises my existing skills temporarily, I thought I'd struggle to find something fitting, but Maddie has made this transition simple and stress free) Thank you again!

Tom Ralph was brilliant and found me the perfect role, he really understood my skill set and requirements for my next move. I really would recommend you have a chat with him, very polite, professional and really easy to deal with unlike some recruiters I've dealt with previously. I'm sure he would help you secure the right role!

Dan and the team at Whitehorse have always been at the other end of the phone when I have needed them. Finding temporary work for me when I was unsure of where my career path should progress. This led to a permanent position at a local business and I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Highly recommended

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah at White Horse Recruitment and it has been seamless and professional from start to finish. When I had questions/concerns, Sarah put my mind at ease and answered everything for me. Moving jobs can be stressful but I found the whole experience very positive. Thank you Sarah & WH!

With 20 year experience in my profession, I have had experience of the good, the bad and the ugly of recruitment consultants (as both candidate and client). The one time I have used White Horse was the worst ever experience of using a recruiter. Three interviews for a position, good feedback each time (to the delight of the consultant) and then nothing - no final comeback/feedback, not returning calls or emails.
It became apparent I hadn't got the job (I can take that on the chin) but to be ghosted by the consultant after spending time and effort (for their benefit as much as mine) is unprofessional and simply rude - making an already tense process rather unpleasant. It was finally confirmed that I hadn't got the position when another agency contacted me to see if I was interested.
In an interesting turn of fate, White Horse have recently written a blog about being ghosted by candidates! Like a lot of recruiters, they have ignored the fact that candidates are potential future clients, and when choosing a recruiter candidates/clients rely on word of mouth.
