I have used Extended DISC in my current role in Talent & Learning for both team and personal development. I was recently certified, which was a good experience and gave me a great overview of Extended DISC. However even after that, while I have been ramping up my knowledge, Extended DISC has continued to provide lots of support, ideas and guidance.
