Have discovered that yellow jacketed ticket inspection staff at Manchester Piccadilly Station are actually employed by this company. Only staff wearing blue Northern uniforms are employed by Northern. Suggest anyone with a problem approaches someone in a BLUE uniform, not the ignorant yellow jacketed barrier staff!

I worked as a support worker for the a company for 14 years then Carlisle took over. 2 years on. I had my leg amputated and was treated like a piece of dirt. Never heard from anyone again been forced into retirement so I could get a half decent wage

I am so sad to leave this company I really enjoyed working with carlisle unfortunately I need full time job. Paul Evans is a great Manager well polite and deliver fast action well done to all staff . Only thing is needed to be done at Carliisle is payment section luck progress, I had to wait for nearly 6 weeks to get paid not acceptable as I was on the verge of losing my mind

I visited this company twice for a job interview. The statements made on their Web site are a good representation of the work ethics. You can sence everyone enjoyed their jobs, and they therefore worked hard. Staff are friendly and respectful of each other and the roles they fulfill. From what I witnessed from the very first time I walked through the door, I'd have liked to work there.

The ethos and working practises are some that are found in only few companies. I know they are evolving and expanding and the CEO fights for the working wage so maybe others will follow suit. I'd work them or hire them if I was in that position.

This company is absolutely amazing, management are so supportive. I have worked within the security industry for many years and this is definitely the only company I would recommend to anyone who is looking for employment and any businesses wanting decent security officers looking after their property.

8.40am the gentleman cleaning Rayleigh Train Station toilets refused to let me use the toilets after I drove 1h40min! He said, ,d rivers are using the toilets like animals! Shame CARLISLE if you are accepting this behaviour! Thank again to that gentleman (human being)! 12.30 toilets are open! He only wants to dry the floor!

I have only been working for Carlisle a month now but this company is great. They have wonderful staff that are so helpful especially Leonie who is an excellent point of call, she has been very helpful with all my enquiries and i recommend she is given a management role in the future.
