Signed up with recroot and was working next day, girls in office were thorough and gave a good explanation of any questions asked, placed me at Hilton foods and I was happy there, been in food industry a lot of years and this was only a temporary thing for me but I would have been happy to stay working there with good people who treat you like a full time operative, the agency is a professional outfit and very helpful would reccomend these and Hilton I'd that's where they put you.

Staff at recroot in Grimsby are extremely rude, especially the blonde woman in the far right corner of the office. They are extremely arrogant, blunt, not understanding of people's basic needs and asks and very rarely ask you to work and become very unnecessary when workers go to them with queries/ holiday forms.

Rude and unhelpful staff, they talk down to you all the time too. You can get regular work through them but as soon as any slight inconvenience happens to them then they will kick off like spoilt girls. They can cancel your shifts and mess you about but god forbid if you get ill/your kids gets ill or any other genuine reason you cant turn up for a shift ( even with over 24 hours notice on some occasions). You get penalised for being human and having responsibilities basically. GI group, Stafforce, Forefront are all much better agencies.
