Thank you for replying. I didn't gave any names, because I don't want the person responsible to be in trouble. I want to belive that I'm a bit better than him. He didn't really care to help someone else to find a proper job, but I don't want to be the reason of him losing his job, or being in trouble. Comparing the reviews with my experience, I'm a bit disappointed. Giving a full cv, and getting something totally different, wasn't nice.

Or he could give full informationabout the position, and wouldbe my choice to take it or not, not to go there and be completely surprised about what actually it is. At least he could call or email, but nothing, guessing he realised what he did, and didn't want to give any explanation for that. I left the review, so people gonna know what to expect, not to be disappointed like I was.

I've been helped by Vitor Santos and I couldn't be happier. He is so attentive and is always available when I email him or if I call and leave a message, he will call right back once he is free. He understands my employment requirements and has given me great advice. It's great that once you're suitable for a role, the interview is all set up for you. Totally professional - finger on the pulse! I wanted a better work/life balance and was looking to change from full time to a part time position and had been searching in vain for several months. I recently relocated from London to Bury St Edmunds, and was delighted when I found this local recruitment agency. When I went to register with Compass Point, I really felt that the consultant saw my potential, understood my career path and I left feeling good about my choices. I have been to loads of recruitment agencies in the past and I know this is not always the case. Can definitely recommend this agency if you're looking for local knowledge and skilled consultants.

Awful, signed up with them February 9th, had a very poor interview with their guy. It's now 29th March, and in that time, have only had contact with them once, and that was because I called them.(early in March). Their guy (Keiran), told me he had a meeting with a client on the Friday morning, and promised to call me in the afternoon. Guess what, . no call. Was promised a copy of my CV in their format, it never materialised.

From the forced conversation I had when I called them, it seems all they do is email your CV out, and hope for a response. Thankfully, I have found a job using another recruitment service. I only gave 1 star, as there was no option for zero stars.
