Louis~Hampshire is a Marketing & Sales recruitment agency. The company was born out of the Chartered Institute of Marketing's consultancy division at the time of a major restructuring within the CIM in 1998 and the opportunity arose to "privatise" the Executive Recruitment Service and develop it. The Louis~Hampshire brand was launched and today the company has expanded its services from Marketing recruitment to also encompass Sales, Finance and General Management posts.Our unique selling point is our knowledge of Marketing & Sales Recruitment allied to our unparalleled range of contacts.

Following his MSc, Jonathan qualified as an ACA with Coopers & Lybrand in London before moving into corporate finance. His recruitment career spans Robert Half International and Pannell Kerr Forster where he set up their recruitment division. Additionally Jonathan has worked as a Finance and Commercial Director in a number of medium sized corporates.

Most of our clients are recommended to us. We are comfortable working with large Plc's as well as SME's and have a particular strength working with Owner Managed businesses where we often act as the de facto HR department.
