Sally reached out to me after seeing my CV for a role I applied for. She was AMAZING start to finish for finding me a job that I was yet to have experience in. Genuinely a brilliant service. I dealt with Gemma Smith who helped me secure a new role. Gemma was fast, kind and always on hand to give me advice. I called and spoke to roughly 15 different recruitment agents based in Birmingham and not only was she the nicest out of them but she was also the one who succeeded in finding me a role that suited my exact needs. 10/10

I spoke to Jess at Hollyfields and she found me work within 2 weeks of signing up to the agency, really got me out of a tight spot post losing my job due to the pandemic. Her and the Hollyfields team have kept in contact since to make sure I am happy in the role and I couldn't ask for a better service from them start to finish. I would recommend this agency to anyone, and if it's Jess you speak to you are lucky to be in such capable hands!

Had a great experience with Hollyfield - once I got fully registered they found me a job within a week. Gemma and the rest of the team supported me throughout the process, providing information about the company and helping me to prepare for the interview. Sally from the Sutton Coldfield branch reached out to me after seeing my CV online for a role I had applied for, she was so lovely and encouraging. Throughout the recruitment process Sally had kept in contact with me via emails and phone calls and giving me all the advice needed to prepare for my interview. She noticed my confidence as a individual and really wanted me to show that on the day of my interview.

Unbiased review: I registered with this agency because they have lots of customer service and administration jobs. After registering, a discussion with a consultant and fake promises. For 3 years, I did not receive a single call about a job. I stopped applying for vacancies with Hollyfield Personnel. Then, came a permanent vacancy I was very interested in.
I got a call to come and register again. I thought maybe my job consultant might not have been perfect and not the job agency 3 years ago. I went, re-registered and was asssigned a consultant. I had no progression with the position I applied for and I did not hear from my consultant, even after I called the agency. I am Asian and I firmly believe that this employment agency is Racist!

Great experience with Hollyfield Personnel. Applied for a job through them, was contacted the next day with information on the job role and the company. Sally gave me ongoing support and advice and what to expect and the different stages of the interviewing process. Was always kept informed throughout, very friendly and easy to deal with. Then Sally gave me a lovely christmas present - the news I had got the job! I'll be starting on Monday and really looking forward to it. So a massive thank you to Sally and all at Hollyfield Personnel who made the job hunting very easy for me.

Lovely staff! Was made to feel so welcome when I signed up with them. They recommended a job to me straight away and got an interview booked in, I was always updated on any news straight away and reassured before my interview, I was sent an email on how to prep for the interview and a job description. Unfortunately I didn't get the first job however it was only the next day they recommended a new one! I went to the interview and got the job! I signed up 2 WEEKS ago and have found a job! Thank you for all your help Hollyfield I will definitely be recommending! Xx

I signed up for Hollyfield Personnel and promptly got an appointment within the same week with Kerry. Yes, there is the basic paperwork to say that you've signed up with their agency, however I wouldn't say this is going massively out of your way as some of the other reviews suggest. I have had a positive experience so far, and Kerry has managed to get me an interview within a day of my appointment with her.
She's an enthusiastic individual who has assured me of my capabilities in going forward in office-based work, and Hollyfield Personnel, I would say, is a brilliant place to go to reach out to employers that you wouldn't of been able to otherwise. Kerry is also extremely helpful with checking up on you and sending interview tips and tricks that an individual wouldn't be prompted of on an independent job search. Thank you!
