Extra Personnel was first established in 1992 where we have grown from a single branch to a market leading independent recruitment business. We are part of The Staffing Group, the parent company of Extra Personnel and Single Resource. Across the group we have an extensive network coverage and we offer a nationwide recruitment solution for clients large and small through our unique supply model. We have experience in providing branch lead solutions as well as tailor made onsite contracts 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We do things differently, because we believe so strongly in the way we do business. Rather than stretch ourselves thin, when working with our clients we can be sure of always providing a high level of service, keeping the promises we make. Our account managers and service centres don't have to sell, they concentrate 100% on looking after our existing clients - living and breathing their business and working to their KPI's. We do not do anything off the shelf. Every recruitment service we provide is bespoke, with tailored resources and processes.
