Never had any problems with this company they found me work of which to say I'm now a permanent employee of the said company very polite and caring staff would highly recommend them only problem I had was that I couldn't find the office very easily lol but I did in the end still I don't know walsall very well but seriously one of the better agencies out there highly recommended by myself

Rang thus agency today, because wages not been paid, was told by lady on phone had not received hours worked. I had sent my hours worked at 10.21am Monday morning via txt, like I did previous week, and received no problem. I have the proof on my phone, complete joke, have been very liked and sought after by company supplied to, then don't get paid. Travelled at my own expense to Kerry collins, and called a liar to my face, will forward my details to Acas who will see I had sent hours worked. Will never work for this agency again, the way I have been treated total disgrace, and most certainly would not recommend.

Kerry collins recruitment is a lovely agency. I have had very good experience with them after finding it very difficult getting a job. In less then a week they found me a job vacancy. Michelle is very nice and helpful keeps in touch.

Everything was going fine. I went down for a chat and to discuss my CV. I was told of a couple of jobs that were suitable and I was very keen. I was then asked to fill in some paperwork. I have a condition with my eyes that meant I needed to look fairly closely at the form I was filling in. This was picked up on by the girl interviewing me. I saw a change in her attitude and the interview came to an end.

I rang in the following week and asked if there was any available work. I was told by the receptionist that Kelly would ring me back after her meeting. This never happened, in all I rang 3 times and never got a phone call back. They have never contacted my referees either. Discriminating disabilities in this day and age should not happen. These clowns don't seem to mind though. I wouldn't touch these jokers with a barge pole. I'm seriously thinking of taking them to court.

I would avoid this agency like the plague! They send u places at the wrong start times and then as a result you have no work that day, totally mess you around! Give u 15 minutes notice in a morning to get to a job for that day, just absolutely ridiculous! And to top it all off if you can't make work for a hospital appointment etc the MANAGER OF THE BRANCH sends you highly abusive text messages. The most unprofessional agency I have ever seen! Stay WELL clear

Excellent recruitment agency centrally located in Tamworth. The girls here are really friendly and professional. It takes about 20 mins or so to register and they make you feel really at ease, then they look for a placement on your behalf. They deal with temporary and pemanent jobs and with most industries. They will also point you in the right direction if you are not sure what you want to so and will give you help with writing a Cv if you need it.

There are roles from management through to warehouse workers, drivers and secretarial. Their biggest client is a huge local call centre and so its also good for younger less experienced people or those looking for a teturn to work - as no specific experience is needed for this company. First class!
