I had a wonderful experience working with Joe from Consult! The opportunity and organization that he reached out to me about is an amazing fit. Joe made sure I was well prepared for the interview process and was actively involved throughout the experience.

Saw a job advert last week. Spoke to one of their recruiters, Jess, who was very difficult to hear and understand. Said would call me back, but nothing since. Terrible customer service and phone manner and general lack of knowledge. I would not recommend this company.

Shortly after changing my status to Ready to Work on LinkedIn, I was contacted by Jessica regarding a position they were looking to fill. The conversations with Jessica have been pleasant and throughout the various application stages she's made sure I was kept fully up to speed on who I was meeting, any changes taking place and often providing me with helpful tips and advice tailored to the company and position I was applying for. In the end I landed the job, and I would never have found this opportunity had it not been for Jessica reaching out to me. Thank you for your efforts!

Really impressed with how professional and friendly Jess is when reaching out to me re a recent advertised role. Always friendly and keeping me updated with progress.

Wanted to speak with an agent about one of their job listings to get more information. I was told that they weren't working that afternoon and that they would call me back the next working day. This did not happen. I contacted them again and the person assured me that the agent would get back to me. He never contacted me at all. If this is the way you treat prospective candidates then everyone please be aware.

You want to use agencies when applying for a job as they ought to have an inside track on the job and able to chase prospective employers up on your behalf. How can you have any confidence in your agency if they won't even return emails or phone calls. I have since used Consult again for another Job posting - this time they have been both professional and knowledgable and assured me that the person in question that never returned my calls/emails no longer works for the company. Hence changing the rating to 3 stars from the 1 star that I originally posted.

It was such a positive experience working with Patrick and the team from Consult. He was able to prepare me for the interviews and guided me throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend them.
