Services
We provide and ensure professional supervision and appraisal of our team members, enhanced pay rates and access to professional training and development. Our employment criteria for our team members means individuals have a minimum of 1 years paid or 2 years voluntary full-time experience in the social care sector.
We work in partnership with local authorities, varied providers and private clients to supply an experienced, trained and professional social care workforce, who are all safely vetted. We provide high quality package management, encouraging and enabling clients to live independently. We offer a managed account service to hold money for clients who receive individualised budgets.
Since being established in 2000, we have continued to successfully provide effective recruitment services for both team members and clients within South Yorkshire. We work in partnership with Local Authorities, varied providers and private clients to supply an experienced, trained and professional social care workforce, who are all required to complete a satisfactory DBS, five years' referencing and a character reference. These are then placed in a variety of settings including supported living, care leavers and day opportunity services, as well as many others.
