I've been working for 24-7 staffing for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The ladies in the office who deal with the healthcare side are a blessing to the care sector; They are warm, kind and care deeply about their staff. They have already shown to me that they will jump into action immediately to help deal with any issue you are facing, even if that's just needing a friendly face to provide some reassurance.
In terms of working conditions, there is not a single bad word to say. You're treated with respect and dignity, with hours that suit your needs or availabilities. Pay is also fantastic with travel costs reimbursed. My only strong regret is that I didn't join a long time ago.
