Inspired is a great place to work, atmosphere is friendly, unlike other marketing firms that I worked at where it was a lot of pressure on everyone. This place is very relaxed and Sharon is absolutely the best boss I've ever worked for. She is very genuine, and truly cares about all her employees and is always ready to help if needed.

To be honest I do not know why Sharon does sales. When I met her she was a young entrepreneur in her first year of business and I kept telling I saw her as someone who should be working for the UN or some Foundation as a director because she loved philanthropy. When she took time to leave the industry and get her masters in nonprofit management at Columbia University I was happy for her and thought she would go down a different path.

When she went back to sales industry I was completely shocked. In my opinion she is the living, breathing example of an idealist; she sees things for the best version of what they can be. That doesn't always equate to success but she backs it with hard work. Sharon wants sales and marketing to be a catalyst for change. She see it for what it is - driving revenue and what you do with that money is a choice.

She aims to use it to educate and further develop others with transferable skills and so far she has stuck to her word as a person over the years. If you get a chance to work with her it is because she sees potential and wants to help bring it out.
