Very bizarre process after being hounded to interview with Concept via Anita Jhalli which seemed great at the time - very responsive etc. Then when I actually went through the process and was interviewed - very pleasant open interview via teams - I never heard a peep back even after chasing and being left 'on read'. Overall, it's just common courtesy to provide feedback when someone has taken the time to interview to then being ghosted. All in the same industry so if it's a no then fair enough but to go through all that process and have nothing back. Will avoid for future ref.

A member of this consulting firm sent me an impersonal and frankly insulting request on LinkedIn. Not a good use of anyone's time.

This was my first experience of working through an agency and I have to say, it was a good one. I had been warned off using an agency but my experience has been good. Ben was very helpful, answered all my questions (I had loads) and offered great support around my interview and the time between interview and commencing my role. He also followed up with me regularly for a few weeks to ensure I had settled in and had everything I needed from my employer to carry out my job I would recommend Concept to anyone who is looking for this kind of work

Concept Resourcing were the first recruitment agency I used when I first decided to go freelance in 2018, as an IT Contractor, and I am still using them today. They regularly contact me with a variety of contracts available, all the staff I have dealt with are professional and friendly, their on-boarding process is very straightforward, their on-line services work very well, they use a very easy-to-use timesheet and self billing system, and I have never once had an issue with payments, which have always been weekly or fortnightly. Overall a very good company to deal with, especially if you are just starting out as a self employed engineer. Just waiting for my next assignment!
