Turning Point

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had. I was very much looking forward to start this program and get help, but after a first call i have literally been "ghosted" by the person who was supposed to help me. We arranged a in person meeting, i took my afternoon off for it, its been canceled an hour before, then they were supposed to call me back they never did.

I have called and chase them just to be ignored. PLEASE bear in mind that you are dealing with fragile persons, this treatment isn't right for anyone, but can be very dangerous for people who deal with addictions and mental health issues. Extremely disappointed.

This place seem to be having lunch break, tea break.at random times and I guess that's only one person to offer help from the whole place.

Says open 9o'clock try to get trough on phone, try to get trough at all.

I've recently been introduced to the wonderful people at Turning Point whilst undertaking a charity project to help people back into work. The small team at this Custard Factory based charity are lead by the hard working, enthusiastic, Monica who is super keen to help people. Turning Point 'turn around the lives' of those who need it, including those with substance abuse problems, those with mental illness with learning difficulties.

They mentor, monitor, befriend and support people through their darkest hours and provide them with path into society. It's an amazing feat that needs amazing people at the helm and I'm very much looking forward to working with them in months to come.
