Absolutely shocking informed yesterday that I would be starting work today (7th January) on a covid testing site. Contract signed etc! Informed later that day that the site would need a few days to sort out requirements etc replied and said yeah that's fine etc! Now today I have received an email saying the job offer is off due to the site been fully filled left a job thinking I'd be walking in to this one with Hrgo and now left jobless and feeling absolutely crap! Thanks a lot!

Reducing staff salaries - not impressed. If the government have asked for salaries to be at least the minimum living wage this does not mean reduce wages to be the minimum living wage.

Company a sham! Employed hundreds of staff for post office work (I was originally told appointment be until end of Feb but was a lie) people turning up for night shifts to say they weren't on list! Time sheets going missing, wages either not being paid, paid short, paid at wrong rates! receiving invoices with VAT added! Wages slips with wrong. pay, emergency payments due to timesheets being entered late!

Money put in my bank less than net pay stated on wage slip! I have now paid someone's else's wage which I spent 2 hours trying to sort yesterday to no avail! Literally spend hours on phone to both agency and wages department to be palmed off! Seeing hard working people working for their families and for extras for Xmas and not being paid and being fobbed of is absolutely disgusting! Mickey Mouse set up and defo something dodgy going on!

My husband was not paid a significant amount and refuse to pay it! due to health reasons, he cannot work at all now, and to get that balance of the unpaid money, they demand that he go to work. To steal even more? To mock a person. stories of the payment companies of this agency are very doubtful

Went to an interview today at reflex and Allan to be told that a job advertised as permanent was actually temporary which is very annoyed, plus the girl doing the interview was very rude and arrogant. Why do these people assume that because your using an agency they are better than you.

I would recommend HRGO recruitment they are a really good agency and there staff are lovely I've never had a problem and I don't think I will encounter one I simply applied for a job and the day or so after I had a phone call and an interview the staff members I had were amazing which was Siobhan and jack I delt with Siobhan more on the phone but jack was a great help too I'm loving my new job and hope to stay here for the near future very happy lad!
