Such a lovely recruitment agency and helpful every step of the way! I had a call with Charlotte after each interview to discuss how it went, as well as emails of helpful interview tips! I can't recommend them enough!

I signed up with Bond Williams to assist with my job search in the field of IT, dealing with Charmaine has been an absolute pleasure from the outset. As someone who has used other recruitment agencies in the past the comparison in communication has been black and white, Charmaine was consistently providing updates to let me know how my applications were proceeding even when there was nothing for me to personally action.

When interview days rolled around Charmaine did not fail to contact me an hour before hand to make sure all was well which was a nice touch and upon landing my placement she seemed almost as happy delivering the news as I was in receiving it.

Poor. Emailed them an introduction with my CV current status, what I'm looking for, locations etc very specific info. Sent to Southampton. "Charlotte Harris" from this branch just called me off the back of that email and asked my job status. I told them I was redundant (Per my email.) Word of advice. don't use the word "perfect!" when a candidate tells you this?!

Even if you might be thinking it, just no. Do not say it. Strike one right there for me. To then proceed, to ask me questions I'd already fully placed answers to in my email. And have the nerve to give me attitude upon asking "did you read my email? its all in there." VERY insensitive and unprofessional person so needless to say I terminated the call and asked my details to be removed.

I'm angry as Soton may have been much more professional but now I have no way of knowing. UPDATE! Just got called back by Suzanne and explained my degree of upset at the above.to then receive attitude from her with a sarcastic "Sorry you feel that way" Well no it's not just that I feel that way, it's a disgusting way to speak to a client. And to then abruptly attempt to excuse this Consultant for the above behaviour as I didn't state I was redundant? 1.

That does not excuse saying perfect, 2. I literally said in the call "I'm redundant"? Her response of "yeah well i already said sorry but you didn't.'' I ended the call. And have asked yet again for my details to be removed by them for GDPR this better be carried out. Disgusted doesn't cover it. Avoid. Edit oh please backtrack now I've had to leave a rightfully scathing review.

Nowhere was your tact, kindness or admittance you shouldn't have said it. Infact you simply just blamed me on both occasions, despite you actually phoning me.to shout at me down a phone. This is after your colleague and after my calmly explaining myself and sending a polite email Your company is a disgrace.

I cannot thank Alison and Louise enough for their support and guidance during my job search. They were very courteous throughout and kept in contact even if suitable roles were not available for periods of the job search. I cannot recommend them enough and I will certainly be using Bond Williams again for future job searches.

A truly personal experience. Bond Williams contacted me after applying for a job through Indeed. They advised me that the job I had applied for may be too advanced for my current experience level but steered me in the right direction for something more suitable. It didn't end there either with constant advice and tips to help ease me into the interview and beyond which helped me secure the job.

Although things didn't work out in the end due to something being offered elsewhere, my advisor Charmaine was empathetic and kind towards what was ultimately a very difficult decision. Signed up with Bond Williams and was quickly contacted by Alison Taylor who ran through with me all their requirements and what I was looking for, a few days later I had a call saying they have found a job for me which they believed would suit me and managed to get me a first interview! Gave me helpful advice for the interview and a good listener for any of my worries, I managed to get a second interview and finally secure the job!
