One of Mploy's founding members, Mark has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. As well as leading the business by example, he is responsible for delivering the financial performance of Mploy and is a fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Mark enjoys skiing, sky diving and running marathons to raise money for charity (he's already completed 13!). After leaving college, Matt spent 3 years in property management. He left to pursue a career in recruitment and now has 20 years within the industry.

Hi everyone. I give 5 star for Mploy Christchurch especially for Jon and his team. I just applyed for couple engineering and assembly jobs and couple hour later he called me with a very good opportunity. We done the paper work and for next day i worked. After my first day and end of the week he called me how i feel on the job and i really appraciate this kind of things.
I always recived payslip in wednesday and payment in friday. Everytime i had issue or question he asnwer my phone and help me out. Highly recomend this agency, everyone who like and wanna work they will help you out.

For the first time after you sign and register with this agency they give you work but after a certain time they start to ignore you. I have been messeging them four time already and they have not replied to any of them. When I went down to the agency to hand my National insurance number the guy told me to give him messege every Friday which to me is pointless as I know they work 5 days a week and he also told me as I have a main job he can't rely on me which is descrimination as this shouldn't effect the work that they can give me when I have free days.
I messeged him my free working days and he replied "I will see what I can do" the following Friday I was at work so I couldn't text him that's why I did on Saturday and I waited to get a respond on Monday but nothing ever since.just don't bother signing with this agency it's a waste of time they seem to care only about the polish people.

The team working there is absolutely disappointing. Starting from disrespect to ignorance totally disappointed and nervous! and they did a good job with the papers, four times they sent me a bad confirmation paper before I went personally from southampton to salsbury to talk to you. Lack of respect!

Again another useless agency along with teamjobs in poole. By the looks of it if your British you won't stand a chance with this agency as they only look after the polish. Beata the girl who sorts out the warehouse side of things is absolutely useless and rude she never rings you back. I've got 14 years stores/ warehouse experience with refreshed counter balance and reach licenses with also NVQs, MRP experience and Beata don't even want to know, So do yourself a favour people don't waist your time even looking this agency up. Also they take down the bad reviews
