TLA Group was established in 2004 founded by Howard Rosenberg and Simon Young, to provide both locum and permanent pharmacy and allied health professionals nationwide. Howard and Simon are both still actively involved in the day to day running of the business. After many years of success within the Healthcare industry TLA Group extended their services to provide staffing solutions to a wider range of sectors.
TLA Group offers a consultative approach to help you find your desired job role. We like to discuss with you your individual preferences to ensure we understand your specific requirements. We know that everyone's individual circumstances are unique so by building up our working relationship this gives us a greater understanding of what your perfect job role would be.
We have simplified the compliance requirements to ease the recruitment process. Our dedicated Compliance Officers are always on hand to help you along the way. They offer constant support and guidance to see you through to process as outlined in the Department of Health and guidelines as set by Health Trust Europe, Collaborative Procurement Partnerships and NHS Scotland.

Would highly recommend! I have joined TLA Group in April 2018 and they have exceeded all my expectations. Danny, Howard and Simon have been a great help and I find it so great to work with an agency that all communicate. Every agency I have been with I am always getting placed on hold awaiting for my consultant. This is so time consuming and a very poor show!
I find with most agencies they do not want to help each others locums as it will upset the consultants commission structure. I have found with TLA its not about the money and is about the service they provide and strive of referrals. All my friends who have come over from my country and have joined TLA to find themselves in there desired roles at the best rates possible. I would highly recommend and would like to thank the team at TLA for there continued services they have brought to me.
