Seem to copy/paste job ads, same specification in multiple locations, you apply and then you just get a generic email, "The response to our vacancies is always very high and I am writing to let you know that unfortunately, we have sourced other candidates who more precisely match the requirements on this occasion". Yet other agencies are all over me.

Either their ATS is badly implemented, or they favour academic credentials over experience, or the agents don't know what they're doing, or they're posting ads to fill their books or meet targets, or all of the above. One of the most well known technical recruiters, I just don't know why they've gone downhill so much in the last 10 years.

Jon Lee and Danbro are a joke. would never work for again! illegally underpaid for 5 months the company is a joke and has the worst Customer service i have ever dealt with

Great customer service, called to register as had little help with a previous recommended agency. Lady I spoke to (apologies didn't get your name) very very helpful! Highly recommend.

As keep getting automated emails everytime I apply for a job an say other candidates are better suit?

Very unprofessional. Guy named Oliver called me to put me forward for a job and promised to keep me posted on the application. Soon after this he cut all contact and stopped replying to emails. Left me on the hook for over a week instead of simply replying to messages and letting me know if the application was successful or not. Wouldn't have taken him 2 minutes, no need to mess people about like that.
