Its now been 2 weeks since I did a shift and I still haven't been paid

Great company friendly and always sort things asap. Never let me down and payments there on time everytime. Been with resource for over 8 month now and have been amazing A+++++++.

These are five well deserved stars because the team being not only professional but understanding and none judgemental which of course is comforting and rare! I was further impressed when first signing up with RSL as their thourough checks and application process was in-depth and swiftly undertaken which other companies are frankly quite balse' with. and very importantly there payment system is detailed and easy to understand and always on time like clock work! A very well managed company indeed.

I have been working for RSL for over a month now, they are one of the best recruitment consultancy I have ever worked for. Their consultants are very professional and helpful never had a problem with them regarding anything which is brilliant. And always get paid on TIME!

One star is to much for them they are time wasters who make arrangements they can not keep and sort out basic payroll there time sheet system is designed to not pay you on time so they then can charge you a extra fees so you will be paid on time and then ignore your calls after they say get time sheets in by mid day Tuesday witch you do then they dont do there job by inputting your info so u get paid a week late so you will be paid on time and then ignore your calls after avoid like the plague there are many better construction agency like fusion people the shore term group lns recruitment dont deal with these clowns and as you can see from the other reviews i am not the only one who they have messed about AND THERE FEED BACK IS BULL AND THE NO IT AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

People stay away from this company, I worked 1 shift for them in Newport. Sent me and a colleagues time sheet off, he was paid I wasn't. They told me they can't pay me till I send a bank statement. So the week after I sent it to them. Friday I phoned them they told me they can't pay me till the client (amey) pays them.what a load of bollocks. Facebook and LinkedIn will have a post off me.small claims court has been contacted as well.stay well away boys.

I was approached by a Resourcing Solutions Ltd consultant who found my CV online; since first speaking with RSL they've proven to be a very professional and reliable agency throughout. I've dealt with many recruiters over the years, but the consultant clearly stood out as someone who actually knows what he's talking about (which is quite refreshing!).

He took the time to learn more about my background and profile, and it was clear he had a very good understanding as well as experience with the client. A relationship like that can only be achieved with a proven ability to listen, understand and deliver what is required. They like to build relationships with the people as opposed to just 'making a quick buck', which I respect very much.

The consultant provided me with excellent advice for the interviews, and kept me up to date the whole time on any developments. I believe it was as much his professional reputation and track record with the client that allowed me to be considered and, in the end, accepted for the role as it was my profile and performance at the interviews. It's a great role and I'm very happy with everything RSL has done for me. I would be very happy to recommend them to friends and colleagues, and wish them success in the future.
