I have worked for alot of company's and this agency is by far the best, Beth is always at the end of the phone if and when I need her, she's very professional and will always go the extra mile to look after her staff. They always give you good and positive feed back and genuinely care. How many company's do you know to go out of their way to supply their staff with a Christmas gift. A lady called Katy Green called me. Promptly after applying for the role. She was swift. Comforting and as I was aware it was a phone interview. She made me feel at ease to be able to conduct it at such short notice that i didn't feel I was put on the back foot and i enjoyed the interview. She asked for permission to adjust my CV to be structured correctly and even said if I don't get the role she's happy to help to review and oversee any future applications even though it's not with their company. I have done costumer service always prided myself on doing my outmost and has blown my expectations completely on how great she was.

Katy was brilliant at finding me the perfect full time roll. She spent ages on the phone multiple times asking me question to see if I was suitable and answering all my questions and giving me all the genuine information she had about the roll (good and bad points!) Even through out my first week, she followed up to make sure it was definitely the right roll and company for me, and even helped out with all my technical issues!
