Highly recommended! I saw an advertisement for a role with proactive, Nikki didn't hesitate to contact (within a few hours of me applying) It was a very quick process of setting up (didn't have to go into branch, all done via email) had an interview and got the job! The staff are amazing, really helpful and professional. Found me a temp job to start with, and once they knew the temp role was coming to an end, sent me for an interview which was a permanent position, I got the role and was over the moon. I would more than recommend Proactive Personnel, they were absolutely brilliant.

So disappointed with the service I received. I phoned a week before I needed employees. I was assured by Jessica that she would be able to deliver men for me. The evening before they were due to start she messaged me saying they weren't coming in, however assured me they would start the day after. I then contacted her and she was 'out of office' so I dealt with someone else called Jamie, who has since ignored 3 emails and phone calls and I have had no communication.
So unprofessional and do not recommend as they have really let us down. Don't promise a service if you can't provide it, and if it's out of your hands then a simple phone call goes a long way.

Excellent service from Nikki and Hope at Proactive! Phoned about a job on Wednesday, interviewed Thursday, start date confirmed on Friday and on Monday I started at the place I've been at almost three months now. Very approachable and rapid replies to any correspondence. Nikki even phoned me shortly before my interview and shortly before my first day start time just to touch base and check I was still ok to attend and didn't have any problems getting there etc.
I approached a few agencies in my search for work and many will promise you the world and then the correspondence simply stops - Proactive are not like this. If you genuinely want to work, they have plenty and they will get you some. Give them a spin, you won't be disappointed :

I was contacted in Monday by Nicky for a role she said I may be interested in. Although a bit unsure she was so positive I agreed. By Friday I have had a telephone interview and been accepted for this new role. Nicky has been fantastic, giving me feedback, constant contact when needed and very responsive to meet my needs. This was my first time using a recruitment agency and Lauren made the whole experience really easy. If I had any questions at all Lauren was super quick to answer them, she kept in regular contact to make sure everything was ok and she is a lovely person to chat to on the phone. I had no issues using this recruitment agency at all and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking
