The worst experience I ever had with recruitment agency, I was at work first day on time trying my best for 8 hours and they paid me only for 4 hours of work just because I didn't want to come to work the next day. At the same time I could've work only 4 hours instead of 8 hours, shocking! On top of that company paid the agency 8 hours of my work but half the agency took to own pocket. It's just forcing people to come to work and earning free money if people don't like the job. I don't recommend this agency to anybody.

Not serious and professional, as well as dishonest. I worked for them as a Lorry driver class 2 for one year and they don't consider the information you provide about your availabilities and what suit you. Then they are upset and offended when you refuse assignments and to punish you they don't offer you other assignments and they don't answer emails or text messages when you try to reach them.
When you ask them for explanations, which I did personally, they can't find anything better and more petty than lying, pretexting completely false things to defend themselves. I then stopped working for them and left them, because how can you stay and work with people who don't respect you. Unfortunately I have the impression that this kind of behaviour, with temp agencies, is widespread. Hoping that this will change one day.

Encore personnel Agency in Leicester is an Agency which I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a long term employment, they look after their employees and is one of the best agencies I've ever worked with, the staffs are nice and friendly, they will make sure that you are happy with what you're doing and the pay rate is great. It is worth it to try giving them a call and see for yourself, what an absolute good peoples
