My job started off good i had regular work and never really had a problem until recently. I had two stints here and my second stint was terrible. I pointed out communication issues within the workplace which resulted in my hours being taken off me. I was laid off with no pay for 4 weeks amd told there was no work when there actualy was. My contract stated i was entitled to statutory guarantee pay however the company denied this.

After fighting for this payment through acas i eventually recieved it. Also the main manager does not know how to do any of the jobs properly or efficiently and doesnt listen to any of the staff. Id avoid this place until they learn to value their staff.

Not had a good experience with this company you'll be sitting home on standby for weeks whilst the team leaders choose whoever they want. I had a collision on the way to work and have not been called back since, is this a way to treat your employees?
