The name was generated from Richard Leman's success at the Olympics where he won a Gold Medal (Seoul, 1988) and a Bronze Medal (Los Angeles, 1984) as part of the British Men's field hockey team.

Would not recommend them at all. The recruiters approached me and I went through the process with them and had an interview with a company in their recruitment portfolio. Months go by and I did not get a response at all. Not even a rejection or a reason for one. Asked them to chase up the company and kept on saying they could not get a response, so pretty poor for a recruitment company if they cannot even even do teh job they are advertised for in my opinion. Complete waste of time. Better off with a different recruitment company.

I applied for a position through this recruitment agency. I can't say that the experience was a positive one. One of their Directors Tom Puffett called and started to grill me about my CV. This man had absolutely no people skills and the telephone interview felt more like an interrogation. The most arrogant and rude person from a recruitment agency.
How he became a Director is beyond me. Complete waste of my time as he had no intention of putting me forward for this particular position, despite my experience and qualifications for the job.
