The team at Isoenergy engineered and installed an excellent gshp scheme for us which has been producing a brilliant and consistent performance over the 3+ years it has been running. ISO Energy installed an extensive ground source and PV system for us in our grade II listed building and annex. All the workmanship was completed to an industrial standard, putting most domestic installations to shame. Unfortunately, after three months, the newly installed hot water tank developed an internal leak bringing water down into our kitchen.
I'll just cut and paste the email I sent to ISO after the event. Bear in mind that this was in the middle of Covid/Brexit supply shortages: Good Morning Will, Andy. That turnaround, getting a new hot water tank delivered, installed and back up and running within 36hrs of the fault developing, with a forest of pipework to remove and replace, is remarkable.
I honestly thought we would be spending a few nights in a hotel. It's also not lost on us that this was a manufacturing defect and so no fault of yours, making the after-sales service even more impressive. I will be talking about this for a long time! Thanks again. Bruce & Andrea
