I have used Earl Street Recruitment twice over 2 years when out of employment. I first spotted this place in Maidstone in October 2018, walked in with essentials, signed up, had a lovely chat with Debbie and Diane and within 24 hours was given a temporary work placement which wasn't too far from my home location. Last year, 2019, already registered, I used this service again and after a couple of days I was given Temporary work and worked for a good period on both placements before accepting full time employment elsewhere.
I cannot fault this Agency and I feel this is one recruitment agency that actually place you into work, without having interviews with the client. Would recommend this place if you need work straight away, payment is made weekly.

Debbie signed me up and I started work immediately. She's accommodated my need for flexibility and has always communicated by email. This is the only agency I've worked for and I'm so impressed. Time sheets always on time and payslip emailed. Easy to deal with and all very friendly. Would highly recommend them.

The staff at this agency are polite, efficient and helpful. They treat you, as a potential employee, as a valued asset rather than someone trying to take 'their' valuable jobs. I only visited less than a week ago so I haven't had any offers as yet, but going on the impression given, I would recommend signing with them. Far better than a large employment agency chain, also to be found in Maidstone, where the agent looked at me as if I was something the cat dragged in trying to steel 'her jobs' away from her.
