I've had a lovely experience with Bailey Employment Services. Specifically Amy Barden has been excellent in the way she has approached me and dealt with the process of helping me with my application and enrollment. Always clearly and well spoken and gives positive energy and enthusiasm when communicating on the phone. I would definitely recommend their services!

After a horrific work environment I left, and my confidence was very low, so I had to start again. This was at the end of July 2020. I went to Baileys and was able to meet with Lisa on the pavement, outside the office, and she was brilliant. She was empathetic to my situation, and although didn't feel she had anything for me, asked for my CV. A week or so later I got a call from Lisa advising a role had come up for a temp contract which I was more than happy to take. Lisa has kept in touch with me throughout my journey, making regular calls and sending texts checking on my progress. I can't thank her enough for the professional and personal service I have received.

I have been seeking work since October having sadly been made redundant in September of last year.after retrieving my Reed.co.uk account details (7 years is a long time to not have to remember them!).I placed my updated CV on there. I started getting a few calls in January from agencies, but had hit a dead spot after a flurry of activity. Then I recieved a phone call from Baileys a week ago Tuesday and they offered me a place at a local firm who needed someone to step in and answer the phones as there had been a COVID outbreak in the office and most of the workforce were self-isolating at home.

I took it up and as of yesterday it will lead to a permanent position.following my initial 12 weeks under Baileys. Lisa who has dealt with me thus far is extremely courteous and very pleasant to talk to, I find a lot of agencies "Robot" you.like the Job Centre.treating you as just a statistic.but Bailey Employment Services treat you like the Human being you are! Very pleased to have been picked out by Baileys and extremely happy with the service thus far! (only been a week.but I cannot fault a thing!)

My experience with this agency was amazing. Laura is absolutely fantastic, she's so supportive and considerate. This woman goes above and beyond. It was a pleasure Laura, and the managers/customer service from Bailey is pretty on point too. Hope to be one of their agency workers soon!

I have been with Bailey's for slightly over a year now and I have to say I am chuffed with the amount of support I have received through my time here. In particular Izzy Bullas was my divisional manager and whenever I had a problem or needed clarity she always ensured this was sorted for me. Extremely approachable and always makes sure timesheets are submitted on time, with reminders to submit with bank holiday deadlines. I couldn't praise Izzy enough for her hard work she puts into her job and looking after me. Would highly recommend based on the brilliant experience I have had.
