Critical: Professionalism They're not reliable, they don't answer the phone. One of the worst agencies in the Uk. They need to close down to be honest.

Very poor service one of the girls is more than rude, maybe she has a problem with patience. When you work with people, you have to be patient, smiling, positive, helping. I think the job is not for her if I'm not mistaken for her name and she is Magda (from Poland). I don't understand where this disrespectful behavior comes from, but it's unacceptable.

I found staff professional and most deafeningly very helpful. Working for Olympic was a joy, as I had never worked with a agency before, but through emails and telephone calls ( and that on Olympics part) I was kept up to date on my work placements and times, and the main thing which bothered me was getting paid I thought it would be a song and dance, but Alas no!, I was paid on the dates, they said I would be, through bank account and also received pay slips via email, all in all I had a wonderful time working for and with Olympic. unfortunately I am no longer working with them due too ill health. Thank you too all the Staff at Olympic.

Applied for warehouse operative with CAD, got invited to registration day (received the invitation on Friday, the mail said registration Monday - Friday 10:00 - 12:00 and 02:00 - 03:00), I called them Tuesday morning asking them if the job ( my exact words were: "Are you still looking for a warehouse operative with CAD Knowledge?" ) was still available they said yes.

After 1 h 45 min commute by train and bus i get to Olympic Staff HQ and they tell me that the position has been filled, and they didn't stop there they tried to convince me that it was my fault, not even an apology nothing.
