Jillian has been fantastic. When she was out of the country and unable to respond, she still managed to get another coworker to email the information I needed. She has always been extremely fast to respond, and that matters when one day's difference means getting offered a contract! There were some issues with their onboarding system, however they did have a plan B and everything worked out.

I relayed a couple of improvement areas to Jillian that I was not thrilled about (nothing to do on her behalf). She heard me out, gave me a plan on how they were going to improve and was very courteous and kind in her response. No company can or will ever be perfect, but it's about how they respond to their mistakes. TACT is a good one. Trust me

After applying for a job, bothering references the recruiter "claims" the hospital system where I am applying states I would have to stop working for my current job then wait 30 days to apply with them. I never heard of that. Sounds very fishy. Especially two different companies that have nothing to do with each other. I feel like they just wanted my personal information. Please do me a favor if your a Respiratory Therapist do not apply with this agency at all. Don't waste your time.

My experience with Matthew has been a very positive experience because he has followed through on everything. He gets back with me in a timely manner and checks to make sure things are going well and always offers to assist. Matthew has not been forceful. For example, when I was trying to decide on 36 hours or 48 hrs. per week. Matthew gave good advise and said maybe 36 hrs should be considered because, "I would hate for you to choose 48 hours and be unhappy".

I thought that was very good advise. Another example is when an offer for an extension to my contract came. I told Matthew that it was too early in the first contract to make a decision he understood."

This was my first time with travel. Justin made the process easy and was in constant contact to assure I had everything I needed. He is always available to answer questions and responds in a timely manner. I already recommended Justin and will continue to do so.

The recruiter Amanda Dux is very unprofessional and needs to be terminated. I had an issue regarding the pay rate at which I wanted to speak to the manager about and she would not allow me to do so. I decided to cancel the contract due to her nasty attitude and she told me I would never work with the company and the health care network again, essentially trying to blacklist me, which is illegal. I would never advise anyone to work with this company if this is the type of behavior their employees presents.

Justin did a good job in keeping me informed about everything I needed to know. Stayed in touch with me on a regular basis, actively answered my questions and help me out when I need it.

Matthew has been a great recruiter even at the beginning of our journey. I haven't traveled in a while and at that time I've had a few shady and not so patient recruiters try to talk me into signing. So, I notice this time around the travel industry seemed more different than years ago. But, then I found Matthew! Before I signed a contract with him, he made sure he had all the answers to my questions and concerns.

He knew I was hesitant about signing due to what I was experiencing with other recruiters. But, he wasn't pushy or naggy. He waited on me! So, I felt great about Matthew and TactStaffing; therefore I signed! This has been the best contract and recruiter experience! Like I said, questions are always answered. My understanding of the contract was easy, and there were no hidden agendas. Matthew is very upfront about everything. Also, my pay is the best in the area I'm traveling in, I haven't had any issues or true concern about being paid weekly!

The best feeling of being paid and no worries! Lastly, Matthew checks on me weekly to make sure my assignment is going well! To have a recruiter understand the nursing industry can be mentally and physically challenging at times; is such a great asset. I can go on and on about my experience with Matthew and TactStaffing. I'm so grateful I chose them!

My recruiter, Danny, was extremely responsive; I was always able to get him on the phone. He provided a lot of information on the client's needs and on the position that I interviewed for. This allowed me quickly determine if the position would be a good fit for me. I received an offer and I am looking forward to starting my new assignment!
