Undoubtedly the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. The ONLY reason that I chose to go through with the car deal was that our sales lady was the ABSOLUTE sweetest, most wonderful person! Jessica is a true gem. I would love to say that she made up for the shortcomings of her co-workers. But after all, she is just one woman. I will start off with the incredibly disrespectful "gentleman" Christian.

Who insisted on referring to me as Little Miss while trying to dismiss any concern I had with the vehicle I was purchasing. Disrespectful is an incredibly nice word for the way this man chose to speak to me. Some friendly advice I would like to pass along to him for future reference, is when working with a customer. Don't assume that simply because they are a woman, they know nothing about vehicles, or that being a chauvinist is the way to win over a customer.

Because I assure you, it is not. I know he wouldn't have acted that way had my husband been with me. He wasn't only rude to me, he was rude to the sales woman I was working with as well. Then we can move on to Derek. I am still waiting on the "smile guarantee" that he was so intent on pushing. I purchased a $62,000 truck that had less than good tires on it.

Even though he agreed with my husband that he believed they should be replaced, he said they just don't do business like that at Weld County Garage. That, on top of his snide, holier than thou attitude with both my husband and I. Customer Service is not readily available at this dealership. And he made sure we understood that. Then there was finance.

Who couldn't figure out how to overnight paperwork to be filled out. Messed up the lending institution, as well as the term and all the agreed upon numbers and forgot to offer extended warranty until after the paperwork was both filled out and returned. On top of the lovely gentleman that wanted to make rude remarks when I switched from outside financing to running it through the dealership because it was taking too long. Again, they made sure to show how Customer Service is not a priority at their dealership.

There was no shortage of bad attitude, and snarky comments from EVERY SINGLE PERSON we dealt with at this dealership, other than Jessica. Right down to the service manager when my husband called to ask a few questions about the vehicle after waiting 3 days for him to get in touch after Derek said he would have him call. We had to chase someone down every single step of this process.

I have never been this disrespected by a group of people. Especially a group of people that is making money off me. During every step of the buying process, there was someone either trying to make me feel stupid, or act like they were somehow better than me. You couldn't pay me to do business with Weld County Garage again. And I have made sure to let everyone I know about my experience. I'm not usually a "Karen" but the level of disrespect I experienced at this dealership needed to be brought to attention.

Absolutely horrible service in the service department. Made an appointment for 930 am weeks in advance. It took over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The service staff was clueless and offered no explanation as to why they were unable to do something jiffy lube does in 15 minutes.

Salesmen like Greg and Mike are the reason we will come back to Weld County Garage. We appreciate the no haggle and no pressure experience they provided on our most recent purchase of a 2017 Ford F-350. Greg worked hard to make sure we were getting the best deal on trade in and the new purchase, he helped make the process as easy and flexible as possible.

The dealership had just acquired the truck we purchased when we initially looked at it, with Greg's help it was detailed and ready to go in no time and he was able to have the windshield replaced at our home after buying so we could take it home sooner. Highly recommend using Greg when you're looking to buy a vehicle.

Doug was my salesman. He is great! My experience was exactly what I always thought buying a new car or truck should be like. Smooth and easy. Though I thought my trade in was worth more lol. I haven't taken my truck anywhere but Weld County Garage for Service since. They attention to detail is awesome they are thorough. Bulb out upper brake light center caught while they squeezed me in for a oil change no appointment on a Saturday morning! Yeah Weld County Garage good job! Pete V.

I set up an appointment online. Entered that I needed the 15,000 mile service on my 2021 Yukon completed and also entered the issues I was having with the vehicle. The blinker will not always shut off after turning left and the check engine light is coming on intermittently. I received a call a few minutes later to "confirm" my appointment. Also received text and email reminders.

On the day of my appointment I drove an hour to the appointment. When I arrived I was asked what the vehicle needed so I told them and they got the vehicle right in. About an hour and a half later they notified me my vehicle was ready. I asked them about the blinker and check engine light and they told me that all the light bulbs were working and that the codes were something to do with the transfer case but I would need to bring the vehicle back another day for them to look into it.

I asked what was the point of setting up an appointment if they weren't going to look at what I told them to look at. They informed me that I had no appointment in the system and asked who I had spoke too. So I told them about the phone call and pulled up the email. And guess which service advisor was on the email? The service advisor I was talking to.

They said there was nothing they could do that I would need to bring the vehicle back. On top of that they didn't even perform the 15,000 mile service. All they did was an oil change. An hour and half wait for an oil change. This place is a joke. I have come to expect far more from weld county garage. Supposedly they are supposed to come pick up my vehicle to finish the service but they have yet to show up.

We recently purchased a pickup from Weld County Garage. I have to say that the transaction from initial contact to leaving the dealership was extremely pleasant. Greg was our salesperson, and we can't recommend him enough. He did not pressure us, was there to answer all of our questions prior to buying and once we were at the dealership, he made things so comfortable.

We also had great conversations with the GM and finance manager. I can't imagine that we will go anywhere else when we are on the search for our next vehicle. Thank you, Greg and the whole staff of Weld County Garage.

I went in on a whim to see if they had time. They got me in for a service in less than 10 minutes. Went above and beyond and cleaned my K&N air filter along with giving it a wash. Price was fair, and the lady at the counter (think her name was Jodel) was very professional and friendly. I will be taking all of my cars here, including my Ford.

I am a first time car buyer and can definitely say this was one of the best experiences of my life! From the time i went in to the time i drove away in my new car; service was impeccable! Doug Lyons was my Sales Consultant and he was the nicest, most professional man I've ever come across. During my time there i was comfortable and overcome with joy!

I would recommend any and everyone not only looking for a car, but having an enjoyable time while doing it, to come to Weld County Garage Buick GMC. I also want to extend my thanks to Brandon in financing, he was very nice and helpful; overall great person! as well as, Dan O'Leary for getting us in with quickly and taking time to check in and make sure all is well! Great team of people!

I have to give a shout out to Greg P. at Weld County Garage! He found the car I was looking for and even though we ran into some issues in the beginning, he made sure to take the time and initiative to get it worked out. He listened and had great patience with me the entire time. I never felt uncomfortable or pushed by him which I greatly appreciate! I highly recommend him. He will give you some good laughs too. I am happy to give them my business again.
