Terrible management, office staff speak to care staff terribly. Also no proper training is actually provided for the co ordinator roll that they offered me. Left due to being made to fell uncomfortable in the office and bullied. Also never received my last month pay. Would not recommend this company to anyone- as for the comment bellow, I have proof I have left this company, has nothing to do with what you guys are making up, apparently having a break at work means your sleeping with someone. even though it's my dinner break as I said this company is filled with manipulators and liars. They don't even know the meaning of care,

I could not be happier with this company. I have been and worked for many different management teams but none of which have shown me the compassion and understanding as these have. I could not recommend this company enough!

I have worked for Storm in the past and it's a great company to work for. Never had any problems. I have moved out of Leicester now but I would recommend Storm for anyone to work for. Got the hours I wanted and never had any problems. All the staff have been professional. I have recommended my family to take care services from Storm.

I work for Storm Homecare and it's really good. ANNA HAILEY does NOT work for Storm Homecare. It's a fake review from whoever ANNA HAILEY is? from a few days ago? The Bosses are fair. You get the hours you want to work. Sometimes you gotta work extra hours but that's life in it. I have got training and specialist hoist training before I even started work.

I have got challenging clients but I am always given support to work with them. That makes it easier. I never had problems with my pay. I get a payslip too. Working for Storm is better than my last care company. Come and work for us and see me also. I will always help. Thanks

We used Storm Health for the last few days of Mum's life, after she came home from hospital. Mum was really poorly and bedbound. The Storm carers were kind, caring and professional. They really made Mum's last few days more bearable for us. Thank you

I have worked at storm homecare for many years. Doing care calls now I work in the office. I like to do the odd care call so im always intouch with the service users. We are a bunch off friendly staff we help each out where ever possible. The management are great and always there to help you no matter what. I would deffinately recommend working at stormhomecare its an amazing company.

My name is my name rachida Joshi I Been working for Tina and storm home care since the last seven years my mother in law was having care from storm home care for many years the service was excellent I decided to become carer now I have the confidence to work with any clients if you do not hand you r time sheet in you will not get paid I have seen many carers not hand their Time sheets by the cut of date then they complain that they have not been paid. They hand it in too late then problems happen avoid doing this and you get paid in time good company to work for

I have really enjoyed working for Storm Homecare since the last few years. Staff are regularly supervised and observed and the ones that are not good are asked to leave now Tina really cares for us and has given us good direction Mr. Chopra steps in with any serious problems and gets things sorted with the Managers pay is always on time too

My father was looked after by Storm Homecare for the last 2 days of his life. Poppy was very helpful when on shift and went the extra mile for us and our family. If we need any more care we would come back to storm. Very good care company. Thank you for making my dad last few days peaceful and he was comfortable. Thank you from all family.

My friend worked here it's the worst possible place to work they charge you 100 off your first pay which is ridiculous considering the training is off a laptop which is very dangerous. Loads of inexperienced young people working here and the management is just as bad - always issues with pay and safeguarding threats so unless you want to beg for your money after you've worked your but off I suggest you don't even work here they don't pay mileage and expect you to go to far areas by force. Your better off being a cleaner and keep your dignity from what Iv seen than to work for this company don't know why CQC have not picked up on this disgraceful
