One of the worstest agency's I've come across or perhaps it's this person known as Jordan Richardson who is the contact for KP's who is the most ludicrous and troublesome you meet Just because I haven't worked 24/7 base on her likings and was too busy with personal life, family and other commitments she subtly cancelled jobs on me thinking I wouldn't notice by ignoring my messages then she has the audacity to say she been calling when she never did or dose.

She goes her way to destroy things rather than to make things positive. Thus is an 0 hour contract i don't need to force myself to work In don't have a fixed hours, I have the ability to decide whenever I can work or not I don't need to work each week this is base on my needs. Literally if you don't force yourself she tries to cancel on you by not offering you shifts anymore and then you creates huge problems with her malicious behaviour by manipulation with rubbing salt on wounds.

The lady Jordan Richard is one of the vilest inhume and most disgusting person I've come across in this agency, she speaks to me on the phone loudy by her logic hence by shouting, her expectations is we shouldn't respond and to create an altercation aswell she speaks over you on the phone by not showing any respect or empathy which is seriously deemed as significantly rude behaviour, she challenges you on unrealistic expectations and falsify her comments, she denies the truth and tried to question my memory but her filthy mind games wouldn't work. she makes plenty of unfair comments here and everywhere and lies by sugar coating things, she's extremely malicious and has unhealthy intentions considering her logic is to make you forget, make you feel pain by downplaying your self esteem she's really has her inability to communicate truthfully and the healthiest way.

She preaches her own hypocrisy by means she tries to deliver her own malicious attitude by causing a chaos on you so she can create doubt, harm ur emotions and then invalidate you so she can make her own image look better. Aswell She's very passively aggressive but malicious aggressive to achieve something and this comes through her attitude and words subtly where she's very insulting in a very certain way where shes trying to dig you I don't understand how you can employ people like Jordan Richardson she should get the sack soon she's a collateral a damage, She only makes thing the worstest by her malicious passive aggressive attitude and the toxic manipulation she's used to narrow you down, this only deprives you even more and makes you even even more distressed and irritated.

She misconstrue things every time she's deserve to get complaint and get the sack, if I was the owner of CIP an company who changed their name to appear more fancy because of poor reputation just like Jordan Richardson shady malicious attitude of belittle and ridiculing I would happily give her the sack as I obviously don't want to lose outstanding candidate who goes to the shift, reliable with good work ethic and has good location to travel around london easily, candidates like this don't come easily. Nothing but a disgrace knob Jordan Richardson truly is.

I went there, they look very friendly but then I felt something, the were not serious and they promise me that some restaurants probably could call me, in dicember very busy. But after 2 weeks I m still waiting for someone that calls me. WASTE OF TIME. NOT SEROIUS AGENCY.

They seemed very friendly and assistive at first. Sarah showed me certain shifts I could apply for on the app on her phone-which actually showed vacancie's. But when I registered and downloaded the app there was nothing No vacancy at all! On a rare occasion I've seen something advertised- applied for it only for it to be deleted. There response is the same old-it's not busy, etc. I dont think it ever is for them. Bearing in mind I registered months ago. pointless

Worked for this agency on and off over the last year and a half. I've never had any problems with them, the work is steady, consistent and easy to get your head around. Francesca and Cesca are helpful and quick to respond when you need any information or assistance.

I genuinely called in sick and never got called back after that. They cancelled me on jobs, so it's ok for them to cancel on people but not for people on them. Horrible agency and earning a bad reputation in the hospitality field. All my manager colleagues prefer a different agency. I won't mention names.but.im glad I'm out.also. They don't pay you correctly.u always have to check your payment.

Worst experience ever the staff are rude Monika / Sara and have no training on how to speak to people. They clearly lack communication skills, In other words stay away your better off with other agency. full of scumbags! learn to speak when you in England!

I had made it clear in my application that I was under 18, it was in the application, my CV and they accepted my application after saying they had reviewed my CV, and wanted me to fully register. When I arrived after an hour journey, they had my Passport and driving licence, both with my date of birth - and it took half an hour before being asked to sign a waiver about hours of work - to which I have to be over 18 to sign - when they said abruptly that they won't hire under 18's.

You had all that opportunity - the age restriction wasn't on the job application - I've worked in hospitality part time for three years and I just find it absurd. Very frustrating.
