TeamJobs really is what it says on the tin, we all get on and love working as part of a TEAM! I can honestly says it's the best place I have worked, I started here not knowing much at all about Recruitment and I have had great training and support which has got me to where I am today - 1 year on! The workplace is vibrant, fun and we always feel appreciated!

Please avoid this company, there is no support and job security. I have worked for this company for just over three weeks, I was promised full time hours at a particular warehouse location. The job was cancelled and I was notified about this via a text message - not even a phone call or an email. They are extremely unprofessional and really don't care about job security.

Over the three weeks of being employed, I have only worked 4 days! This has left me in a very distressed and in an difficult financial situation. After dismissing all TeamJobs staff from the warehouse location I mentioned, TeamJob staff have made no effort to find another position. I have phoned them and they offered me one week worth of employment at Addo food company in Poole, I was reliefed to know I have secured at least some money. However, again they cancelled all staff one day before the start date.

Since then I have not heard from them. Please, please avoid it if you need money and secure job. Other than this my experience with them was really unpleasant: they text you instead on calling which is hugely unprofessional, they speak to you like you are their friend or something - when I called about a job some lady was just like "do you have mates that you can get on the job because I need to send 15 people to a warehouse". Super unprofessional! The people that work there are all young and seem like they have very little experience and care for what they are doing.

Horrible. Avoid that agency. I've had calls at 5am and 6am from the agency to remind me that I am going to work starting 8am. Absolutely ridiculous. And the women working there have no respect to their workers and the people who are actually making their salary. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

Amended to 3 stars, because after my initial bad experience I have been contacted by the Operations Manager, who was very kind and helpful. She assured me TeamJobs aims to be more welcoming in the future and that better training will be available to staff. I am hopeful that all individuals can be comfortable seeking out their help and will be treated with more patience in the future.

Approached me about a job and told me how all my skills would apply, made out the company wanted someone with less experience and really sold me the job as if I was their perfect candidate. Took days to get any updates and then I didn't even get an interview. I pointed out the reasoning for rejection was irrelevant to what we'd talked about and they just said "I know sorry"

Special thanks to Lucy Eaton. She found me a job in less than two days, she helped me and directed me to get the Visa. She was always close to me and followed me step by step in recruiting and working, although my english was not very good she was very patient and 100% helpful. Thanks again for everything Lucy

I've used agencies before with varying degrees of success but would recommend anyone looking for employment to try TeamJobs. Very polite and professional, they always provided all relevant information before I started and regularly got in touch to see how I was progressing. Yasmin on the Industrial team arranged a couple of long term positions at great companies as well as some short term options to keep me working in between. Yasmin was especially great during COVID lockdowns and dealt with all the curve balls that threw at us!

After having needed work at the start of 2020, I reached out to TeamJobs and they were able to find me consistent work within a week of first reaching out to them. The communication I received from the whole agency and the industrial department was outstanding, the staff there were more than helpful in resolving any queries that I had and were more than welcoming to sort and aid me with any administration that needed to be completed.

After again needing to have consistent employment on the latter side of 2020, TeamJobs were more than helpful to accommodate for what I was looking for and again the staff were extremely helpful to ensure that I would start work immediately, a very welcoming and relieving feeling when work was needed as soon as possible.
