Futures Recruitment Services have forged ahead through the pandemic this year and as a result, the business is looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our permanent division. Our business model offers the opportunity for consultants to support the commercial division initially then the potential to grow a specialist desk of your choice.

I Initially inquired about a Customer Service work from home position and was told that the consultant Kirsty would call me back to discuss this further. I did not receive a call back and so called and talked to Kirsty directly on 26th November who advised would call back the following day Frdaiy to discuss another role closer to home. I did not receive a call back from her. I would not waste my time with this agency again. Not professional.

For students looking for work out of term time when in the Chichester/Sussex area, Futures can help! Great opportunity to work various events in the area, especially over the Summer and Christmas period. Decent pay and organisation good, shifts provided are flexible and the Consultants are friendly and in regular contact, and show gratitude for the agency workers' hard work which is always nice.

What I love about Futures is that the team is fully committed to deliver the best recruitment service ever! There appears to be a mixed bag of reviews on here, though I can only tell it as I've experienced. Kirsty was my contact from application through to post-interview and she was always polite and professional. I was well looked after and felt valued, and she always had time to talk on the 'phone. Personally I would recommend their services.

In less than 48hrs after my initial phone call I had met and registered with Futures, interviewed for a job and secured a full time summer placement, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
