Absolutely horrendous company. Don't normally write reviews on anything but I've been dealing with this company whilst changing Jobs for the past 2 months and let me tell you they have been the bane of my life. Not only have they been the reason for the delay on my start date of my employment they are unresponsive, unreliable and a complete joke.

Extremely slow and unprofessional. This company should not be legally allowed to be in business. They take weeks to reply to an email and nobody is picking up the phone after hours on hold. Not to mention their working hours are very limited and only Mon-Fri. The whole process takes months and months to complete and people risk being laid off from work due to not being vetted in due time. Such a company should not be in charge of referencing and CRC checks. Very dissatisfied with the service

No matter of urgency, they leave everything to the last minute or when it's too late. Take weeks to acknowledge emails & can't answer the phone within 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs

Not very reliable as they was sent a reference and a gap reference from a friend of mine. Procius keep sending requests out. For both references god knows what staff they have working for them. To me they don't know what they are doing I wouldn't recommend any company using this incompetent company
