Was approached by this agency regarding a job, contact was fine to start with, but as the only way to get paid is via an umbrella company or setting up my own limited company, I asked for a list of umbrella companies that they recommend as I'd like to know how much my actual hourly rate would be after deductions. Helena said she would send over the list, four days later still waiting for the email.
If the job has gone or no longer active, common courtesy to let the candidate know is always a winner, but going quiet and not doing what you state you will do, will always make you look bad.
