I worked with the FPR's hospitality department in Brighton from September 2021 until now and I really enjoyed my time with them. There was always variety of hospitality work available in different hotels and event spaces in Brighton & Hove. As an agency FPR has been the best one that I have worked for and I would recommend FPR to everyone who is looking for flexible casual work at the hospitality sector.

I have literally just phoned up this recruitment agency and I spoke to a lady in the office called lily what a polite luvly lady I'm looking forward to joining this agency very professional and polite office staff.

Had a wonderful experience working for this company, so flexible and accommodating. Nick communicates clearly and always had my best interests in mind. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly the worst recruitment company out there. I was agency staff for their care department. I had constant problems during my time. The approach they have to offering shifts is that they tell you what they think you want to hear and not the actual facts about the service you go to. I stated that I didn't want to do any personal care and was sent to a place where personal care was required, I was told by the manager Jose and it was also written in an email that I would be going to a place where no personal care was required, when I turned up I was asked to shower a resident and told them that I didn't feel comfortable doing personal care as I was told that would not be required of me, after speaking to the house managers it was determined that I was given the wrong information.

I called Jose to tell him this and I was told that my shifts for that week had been cancelled as a result and he could only offer me 2 other shifts for the week when I initially had a full week and a half booked. As a result of me requesting these shifts be replaced and understandably the fact that I was upset that I had lost a whole week and a half of wages due to his incompetence, he told me that he would no longer be giving me any shifts and would send my P45, after saying to me "I don't see what your problem is with showering residents" despite me stating from my very first interview that I was uncomfortable with this. Very unprofessional company with a very incompetent manager, do not recommend working for this place, it's not what they make it out to be!

Working with the team at FPR was great. The two managers would make life as easy as possible for the shifts. Things like arranging transport to events or just being accommodating with my schedule. Would recommend giving them a chance.

Was great working for Nick and his team, communication was clear and organised which made work professional and enjoyable. I worked with great people and it gave me the opportunity to gain experience in the service industry, highly recommend working for FPR

Working for FPR Group was the most amazing experience. Nick and the whole team really make you feel like part of a family. There were always plenty of job opportunities, flexible hours and great tons of professionalism and communication. Would definitely work there again, and would 110% recommend
