The early 1990's, really was not the best time to think about opening a recruitment agency, as it was the start of a recession. So, it was against this back drop that Keith Robinson opened the first branch of Wise Employment, supplying industrial and driving personnel to local businesses in Swindon, Wiltshire. As a Director for a national recruitment agency, a wife also in the business and soon the imminent arrival of their first born, It was really was a big gamble.
However, it was born out of a strong belief that there was room in the market place for a quality driven recruitment agency and through grit determination, passion and drive both the husband and wife joint owners of Wise Employment have grown the business to become one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the South West.

Smart Recruitment takes pride in the service delivery to each and every one of our Candidates. Whether you are looking for Temporary or Permanent work, it is important to know that you are going to be looked after. It's always easy to say that our service is good, but far better to actually hear it from the people that work, or have worked with us.
If you are attending an interview, through one of our Divisions, then part and parcel of the service is to help you get ready for the important date. Read up about the Company. Know what their business is, where they have locations, when they were established, how many people they employ and, of course, ensure that you know whereabouts your interview will take place and how you are going to get there! The more you know about the Company then the more it shows that you have prepared. Read the job spec fully, prior to your interview.

We've been working with the SMART Group for over two years and found them to be a very professional and forward thinking company. Over this time we've spoken to many clients in order to run online training and informational events, all of whom are very positive about the experience, customer service and products received. I have no hesitation recommending The SMART Group to others and happy to answer any direct questions.
