After passing over my documents to work at a location through their agency, the entire agency seemingly vanished into thin air - after being told my induction will be on one of the coming weeks, after I left their office, I have had zero contact with any Mach staff, despite emailing and calling both their local branch and head office, leaving me confused and wondering what the hell they're planning on doing with my documents.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value By far the worst agency in Stoke-on-Trent. Every aspect of how this agency operates is a shambles. Please get them out of Stoke-on-Trent. Very unresponsive, terrible communication always issues with payments. Seems to be that this agency is run by a group of clowns please stay away from this circus.

If you hate someone suggest them to start working there. I have worked there from the beginning until recently. Every single week a pay query, either missing hours or wrong pay rate, holiday forms being lost, shifts being cancelled randomly, you get a confirmation for your shift and once arriving on site you are being sent home, they will never pick up the phone after they recruited you so good luck sorting any query's without having to go physically to the office.

Don't bother with this agency they will mess you about it's absolutely unnecessary and unfair

Mach recruitment Stoke recruit for GXO which distributes Dunelm products. The actual agency Mach recruitment is one, if not the worst I've ever worked for. If you do go and work for them then you can expect the following. wrong pay, no pay & shifts cancelled by text on the day (constantly). To make all of the above worse, when (not if) you have one of these issues you can guarantee that there will be nobody around to answer the phones. the ones that they seem to do so well at texting on though.

When you do get paid you'll then notice something very odd with you wages. You'll get paid the hourly rate & you N.I will be deducted as normal but not your Tax, that will be paid to you along with your wage. so obviously you'll then have to go through a whole other process to sort that debacle out on top of the all of the above situations you'll be trying to sort.

There are plenty of jobs around the area and plenty of good recruitment agencies, unfortunately this isn't one of them. Save your self some stress & wasted time, avoid this agency for your own sanity.

The misses works for these at dunelm. Can never get through to them. And they have paid her yet again short on her wages. I'd avoid this agency. Like i say cant even get through to them. Useless!

Never can get in contact with them. No correspondence or updates about jobs. Plus went on their website and their reviews are absolutely terrible

Avoid this agency at all costs! They set me on and then got rid of me a day later. They said I'd get paid for the hours I've worked but yet still waiting for it. Tried getting in touch but they don't reply even though the message says read! I now understand why this company has so many negative reviews. Thanks mach recruitment for screwing me over

Critical: Responsiveness Don't pay their staff for work that's been done never answer phone worst so called company ever taking legal proceedings AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!

I was working for mach at clipper in swadlincote where they didn't pay me my a days wages so I submitted a bad review on Facebook then the recruiter phoned me having a go at me for doing this the next day after my shift they got rid of me and they still owe me 5 days holiday pay and 2 days wages which they have not paid this has left me with no food or money to live on and now I'm suicidal so if anything happens to me then it is mach recruitment fault

Would not recommend to anyone as I am missing wages and trying to contact anyone is impossible save yourself the trouble and just don't work for them

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Avoid at all costs. Refused to give me my P45 and holiday money. Now won't answer calls or reply to messages. If you want to work at BooHoo in Burnley use another agency AVOID Mach!

No one there who's capable of sorting anything I've spoken politely now to four different people at this company/agency trying to resolve practically begging to start a job I applied for weeks ago even though their recruitment guy lied about the start date and the fact the warehouse wasnt even operating yet is a joke but his bosses and people above him obviously paid him to say these things.

The worst part is the job I applied for originally was the role of recruitment but to be honest the wages they tempt you with have already been axed in half they receive the other chunk my advice stay away from this agency and PMP there just as deluded.

Still waiting on my holiday money, no one tries to help so you can't get it sorted. I have had to go ACAS. Avoid this agency at all costs. I messaged my local mach recruitment but they just blocked me

Then I met with my recruiter her name is Christina Karakesidou, she is very good at work she helped me a lot. She is very professional and humble. Her work is Appreciable. Thanks

I worked with Mach recruitment in Corby for a short 2 months and although they provided work very quickly, their representative in that area was no very professional. When i told her that i will be leaving for a management job, she started ignoring my texts/calls in regards to a formal leaving process. I can say that the experience wasn't great! However, my opinion changed once i spoke to a lovely lady, Karolina, from their head office.

She was very professional and really helped me with everything I required. By requests were processed quickly and efficiently so i would definitely recommend working with them! I would like to thank Karolina Perdek especially!
