Always, absolutely "on the ball". Never had a single problem with them and when I have needed to speak to someone regarding holidays or general questions for example, always very quick to answer, polite and very friendly. I would very confidently say the guys/gals/company as a whole have been amazing. Have constantly let me know if any changes and have always stayed upto date with emails letting me know any information etc.

I was originally put in contact with an Industrial Personnel representative, at the Rotherham branch, through a friend of mine. After a quick discussion on the phone, about what sort of work & hours I was looking for, I called into the Rotherham office in person to register as a new starter. In fact, I found the registration process to be quite easy in a relaxed atmosphere, as we had a non pressurised chat regarding my work history & a possible placement to start the following week at a local company; which I have now been enjoying working at full time for the last couple of months & has been ideal in meeting my requirements.

My IP rep still keeps in regular contact with me to make sure I'm happy with everything & I can honestly say that there hasn't been any problems with this agency. They have been very helpful, any queries I've had are quickly & satisfactorily answered & my wages have always been paid on time & paid correctly. I have worked for several other agencies in the past; but have found Industrial Personnel to be a complete breath of fresh air in comparison; just in how they operate with such a polite, friendly but still efficient & professional manner.
