Having put my CV on CV library I was contacted by Denise to arrange an interview with her and her team as she had several jobs that she thought would be suitable for me. At the interview I was made very welcome and discussed my options with finding the right job for me. They are very knowledgeable and professional and I found the fact that they work with a lot of local businesses very helpful as they had details of jobs that weren't advertised anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend! Very friendly, helpful and professional. I heard back from them within no time at all from initially applying for the job. Good communication throughout the interview process and always supportive! After the interview I heard back from them within the hour to confirm I was successful! I was due to start the new job in March and unfortunately due to covid19 this was pushed back. However, I was kept informed throughout with consistent phone calls and emails and updates on my new start date.

When I was actively looking for new employment I registered with a couple of agencies. Trinity being one of them. I can honestly say that the way Trinity have dealt with me compared to other agencies has been exceptional. From the initial registration right through to the job offer they kept me informed with regards to what progress was being made.

They have made me feel welcome and took on board what kind of employment I was interested in. They found the right position for me in no time. Sadly I can't say the same about the other agencies who still till this day try to offer me unsuitable positions. First time I've used trinity, the staff are lovely and very helpful. They dealt with the company I worked with and after being made redundant, they were quick and enthusiastic in getting me a job. Placing me in an on-going position in a place well suited to myself for both hours and personal interest were clearly taken into account. They were. great with answering any questions I had and prompt with responding to any phone calls or emails.

I would defiently say out of the other agency's I have been with previously and currently that these made the most effort.
