Supplying lenses, frames and contact lenses to Specsavers stores and customers throughout the UK and Europe. Dispatching circa 44,000 orders per day. Employing over 250 people working on a 24/7 basis.
Hewett Recruitment Temp team's exclusive partnership with IGS (International Glazing Services Ltd). Part of the Specsavers group, IGS is a state of the art, assembly facility situated in Kidderminster. Using the latest technology, IGS assembles the customers required lenses and frame together, providing spectacles UK Specsavers stores, care homes and online customers.
Part of the Specsavers group, Vision Labs is a manufacturing facility situated in Kidderminster, producing prescription lenses for over 900 UK Specsavers stores throughout the UK. The facility is built up of a 4,300 sqm of production space across 2 departments; surfacing and coating. Our Industrial team have built a reputation for supplying good quality and reliable individuals to the companies over a number of years.

I have worked at several companies via Hewetts and it has been a pleasure in doing so. They are a very supportive & professional team and nothing is too much and will always follow up on queiries. The Sage pay roll system is very good with good support and a good pension scheme. They are caring when contracts are terminated by employers and will always look and offer available work.

At the beginning i was very satisfied until the lockdown get down. When the UK opened their border we went home with my partner for holiday. I contacted with the company where i worked offically about holiday they give it to me. When we came back, I wrote message to Sarah about: Hey, I came back from holiday can i go back to work? I got an answer: I will have to check but if not we have other work available.
After this message I never got any answer again. I am very disappointed about this situation and i don't really understand this behavior, if u have any problem tell me, if not how can u ignore somebody? It is so disrespectful!

Hewetts are great, helped me massively to getting in to work, and it was best decision I made, the job I've gone o through Hewetts really changed my life. I can't thank Hewetts enough for everything they've done, very professional, managed to get me in to work very quickly and efficiently, and they keep in touch throughout to see how you're getting on etc. Very very good recruitment company and I can't recommend these guys enough! I have been working with them for 7 months. I have to say, they are very helpful and professional. In the summer of 2020, it was difficult to find a proper job due to the pandemic and many shut downs. they quickly offered me a job, Millie and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. I have been working with Hewetts for the past two and a half years mainly dealing with Di, Sarah and Lisa but everyone there has been absolutely brilliant. For the whole of the time I was there I was employed virtually full-time. I have never had any problems being paid.
