Very disappointed! Wanted to pay for my order over the phone as system will not accept payment from my card. tried to pay twice online but it would not accept! Nothing wrong with my card as suggested! Spoke with guy and told him the problem but wouldn't take my payment over phone! Obviously you have enough money and don't need my custom!

Disgraceful company, placed a large order which was missing more than 30 items, on confronting them about this issue they tried to call ME a liar! absolute try ons, the cheek of it! upon showing them my invoice and my cheap jewellery I only bought as I could not longer afford the wholesaler I was using before due to coronavirus cut backs, they refused to back down even when I showed them pictures of all the items I had received laid out across my table and clearly missing a huge chunk of the order! its also funny how all the positive reviews seem so similarly written isn't it?! perhaps because they all are done by Sarah pretending to be happy customers

I see another bogus review has been submitted from another strange made up name. What is this Raymona? sounds like you copied it from the famous singer Nina Simone. I do occasionally enjoy her records whilst eating some organic grapes on a Tuesday evening. Sarah Pest - owner of tempest jewellery is hard at work with the fake reviews again. anyone who takes time out their day to write a fake review referring to themselves as a "lovely couple" pretending to be a customer reviewing a jewellery and tatty clothing business, must lead a sad life!
No real customer would ever feel the need to include the phrase "lovely couple" in a google review about a product! Imagine someone leaving a review for a rotten peach they bought from a local Supermarket and then commenting on Sally from Till number 5's relationship with Alan the shelf stacker! What a giggle over a glass of sauvignon! A genuine customer would only ever comment on the actual product being sold or the level of customer service received!
Perhaps you are looking for a candidate to join you in a menage a trois?! your website and product catalogue is simply appalling, full of cheap jewellery that looks like deformed fridge magnets a 3 year old could have made at school to stick on the fridge. the type that mummy and daddy must jump for joy in adoration whilst screaming inside and plotting how best to make the magnet disappear. from my time being employed in your business, I know that you buy your product from sweat shops In Asia and pretend you "designed" it.
So you are not only a horrible boss but an Unethical business owner who takes advantage of other peoples unfortunate life circumstances. The business has huge debts and is hanging on by a thread. No need to take my word from it, I'm only a toff! companies house will tell you all you need to know! Another victim of the current economical climate or maybe it's karma for treating your staff so badly and making me take a pay cut after my youngest had just been born so you could go on another lavish holiday, or perhaps it's revenge for the poor factory workers who get paid 50p an hour so you can buy their jewellery and re label it, pretending that you designed it all

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and have always had the best professional service I could wish for. The quality of their goods is excellent, their delivery speedy, and the staff always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. In my previous business as a jeweller I stocked Tempest Designs jewellery, costume and silver, and was always more than happy with the quality.
Their clothing, bags and accessories are also of the highest quality and great value for money. I notice one review questions the validity of Remona, I am familiar with that company and can vouch for it as being a genuine fellow customer of Tempest Designs. I can fully recommend Tempest to anyone considering using them as a supplier

I have never seen anything like these negative and vindictive reviews? From staff who had a grievance! The personal service I have received from both Sarah and her husband has been amazing. I was opening a shop and needed to ship to Barbados! They were incredible in getting me started with free labels & very professional bags for all the Jewellry!
I have been very successful in sourcing really lovely stock! I have worked personally with Sarah who has sourced certain items for me. Lawrence has always been so patient and accommodating with invoices and shipping. Everything comes packed so beautifully and so carefully. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have a fantastic professional relationship with both.
They are always flexible and open to new ideas to accommodate the customer needs! They work extremely hard at what they do and deserve to do well - they don't deserve these awful malicious comments which are totally untrue!
