Don't work for this agency they lied to me over the phone just to get me to the interview. In the interview then they be honest with you about what the job is like. By then you have spent money on fuel getting there and have committed your time getting there. So they know you would not be in a position to refuse the job. Even after accepting the job they planted a stooge to let them know what was going on.
The stooge told them I was looking for a another job whilst working for them. So they used my weakness of not having a another job to go to and showed me power. Well I showed them power I quit no one shows me power and uses my weakness against me. I was considering going back after I quit but they showed me power again so I showed them power and will continue with my resignation. No one shows me power I have a lot of employers on the back burner asking me to come and work for them.

PDI, YARD OPERATIVE-CREWE UK They gave me a contract and a fixed monthly salary (40 hours). After the first month they want you to work 50 hours plus weekends (about 60 hours) for the same salary. From the first payment they charge money to the pension (Nest) and do not pay to Nest. I do not recommend it to anyone!

If you are looking for an honest, professional agency then look elsewhere. If you want to be lied to your face and get sacked for not working 'enough' overtime then look no further. If you want to be told ' sorry she's in a meeting ' every time you call the office then these are your guys. If you want to work on a weekend alongside an apprentice that is on more money than you are then look no further.
If you want to be spoken to like a child if you don't call in sick before your shift actually starts, but then when you do call be told that 'I don't start til 9' - then you're on to a winner with these. But then they think it is acceptable to call you at 7pm on a Wednesday evening to say that your services are no longer required the next day. They only get 1 star as it won't let me post with 0. 0 stars is too much for this bunch of unprofessional, unorganised imbeciles.

Applied for several positions overs the years. on sign up/interview with rms I was everything they/client was looking for however when the clients name was disclosed instant rubbish (nifco do not use agencies, I have worked many yrs along side nifco so I've 1st hand knowledge) again many other positions applied for from numerous job sites again. these lead to no employer interviews etc however the same listings get uploaded on several websites for months on end. "how are these genuine listings for job positions if the company still hasn't managed to fill the positions" I know rms certainly aren't the only job agency that use this practice. overall they all should stop, legitimate jobs should only be advertised. Regarding the other comments on here, , again I find it very weird not one has any other listing nor review "as if these are fake profiles to try to give credibility"

I first registered with RMS a number of years ago, found the service to be very professional and was out on a training day for a local council within a couple of days. Then straight into work at that council a couple of days later. Now a few years on I have come across RMS again and cannot fault. Brilliant team in place. I would certainly recommend RMS to anyone.
